Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon arrival or exit of the property. You will find the house keys in a lockbox on the front door.
Owner will send you lock box code once booking is confirmed
Please return keys into the lock box. To use the lockbox you may have to enter the code press down on the black button to release the lock and allow the door to go back into the lock box base.

This house belongs to two natives from Denver Colorado. This property is very special to us and was the start to our journey in the rentals sector. We take pride and joy in providing cozy, relaxing rentals for our guest.

The neighborhood is diverse. Modern upcoming area. Close to downtown, shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood is overall safe and quiet. I would describe the property as very exciting and energetic during the holiday seasons families celebrating and kids enjoying the park or bike trails down the street.
