Un appartement bien situé près de la plage de Pontaillac. Disposition générale avec terrasse agréable. Points négatifs : manque de climatisation et de moustiquaire , garage étroit et difficile d'accès, obligation de se déplacer à l'agence sans parking à 3km pour récupérer et rendre les clés et remettre l'état des lieux sinon accueil sympathique. Instructions d'accès peu claires.

Merci Philip pour votre retour et pour votre note de 8/10 ! Nous sommes ravies que vous ayez apprécié la situation proche de la plage de Pontaillac, ainsi que la terrasse et l’accueil. Nous prenons bien en compte vos remarques concernant la climatisation, les moustiquaires et l’accès au garage. Concernant l’état des lieux, il n’est pas nécessaire de se déplacer à l’agence pour le remettre : il peut tout à fait être envoyé par MMS ou par mail, ce qui permet de simplifier le départ. Pour les instructions d’accès, nous sommes désolées qu’elles vous aient semblé peu claires. Elles ont pourtant toujours été bien comprises par nos voyageurs jusqu’à présent, mais nous allons néanmoins les revoir afin de les rendre encore plus explicites. Merci encore pour votre séjour et au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau ! 😊
