This 60 m² one-bedroom apartment, renovated in June 2023, offers exceptional ocean views and can accommodate up to 4 people.<br>Located in the “La Vigie” residence in Royan’s Pontaillac area, on the 3rd floor with an lift.<br>The decor will immediately transport you to a seaside holiday, with a colour palette of blue and terracotta. <br><br>Right on the water, in a prime location just 50 metres from the sea and 350 metres from the beach, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Cordouan Lighthouse and Pontaillac Bay—a “wow” factor guaranteed.<br><br>The entrance to the apartment opens onto a hallway that leads directly to the living room. <br>To the left of the entrance is a bathroom with a shower, single sink, and towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet. <br><br>The separate kitchen is fully equipped (filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, induction cooktop, oven, range hood, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine…). <br><br>The bedroom features large closets, a 160-cm bed (for two people), and access to the outdoor balcony with a beautiful ocean view. <br><br>Finally, the living room includes a sofa area with a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a table and four chairs. This room is very bright; it opens directly onto the 25m² balcony (equipped with outdoor furniture) and offers a panoramic view of the sea and the sunset. <br><br>The pull-out bed (a 140-size bed for 2 people) is located in this same room. <br><br>Available:<br>- Bicycle storage and locked garage in the basement (4.8 m deep and 2.2 m wide). <br>- Wi-Fi (free) and board games<br><br>Nearby, just a 500-meter walk away, you’ll find the heart of Pontaillac and its many shops (restaurants, newsstand, pharmacy, bakery, deli, ice cream shop, markets on Thursdays and Sundays during the season, etc.) <br><br>Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen mit wunderbarem Blick zum Meer und zum Strand mit der kleinen Strandpromenade und Geschäften und Restaurants. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auf dem Balkon gibt es zwei kleine Tische, zudem 4 Stühle, zwei bequeme Balkonstühle und zwei Liegestühle! Es ist allerdings oft sehr windig hier im dritten Stock! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

wundervoll - Note 1+

Wir haben dort 11 Tage zu Beginn der Sommerferien verbracht. Es war wundervoll. Die Bilder versprechen ja schon, dass es sehr gut ist aber es ist noch besser als auf den Bildern. Mit Blick aus jedem Fenster schaut man aufs Meer (Blickrichtung Süd West / West je nach Fenster) - dh tolle Sonnenuntergänge garantiert. Am Nachmittag kann man auf dem großen Balkon sonnen oder einfach verweilen und aufs Meer schauen. Wem die Sonne zu warm ist - außen sind zwei elektrische Markisen montiert. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Die Küche ist sicherlich erst wenige Jahre alt - inklusive Siemens Geräten, Induktionskochfeld und allen Utensilien die man braucht (Eierbecher fehlten :D das lässt sich verkraften) Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist fest und bequem, das Bett im Wohnzimmer (ausklappbar aus einem Schrank) ist ebenfalls bequem. Zwei Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern die sich ein Bett teilen, kein Problem. Wir waren zu dritt. Badezimmer / Sanität alles sauber und ordentlich. Fernseher haben wir eigentlich nicht benutzt ist aber vorhanden im Wohnzimmer. WLAN ist vor Ort (LAN evtl. auch möglich da Anschlüsse vorhanden) und es ist sehr schnell (Glasfaser). Auf dem Balkon sind Tisch(e) und Stühle vorhanden, sowie Liegen und Chill-Stühle. Das Appartement ist in der 3. Etage (Aufzug bis in die Tiefgarage vorhanden). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Im Keller ist ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz (abschließbar) Concierge Sabine+Marion sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Un paradis face à la mer

Quelle vue !!!! Une vue sur l océan à couper le souffle… Rien à dire : l appart est génial pour 1 couple on peut presque oublier la voiture, on peut faire plein de choses à pieds (plages’ courses de proximité, restaurant, casino, thalasso) Seul bémol : les oreillers qui sont vraiment trop mous et de mauvaise qualité. J y retournerai les yeux fermés Pierre qui nous a accueillis est d une gentillesse incroyable Merci

Pour ce qui est des oreillers je prends bonne note de votre remarque , nous allons mettre un autre jeu à disposition, vous auriez dû le signaler à la conciergerie en début de séjour étant moi même sur place j aurais fait le nécessaire . Appartement très confortable, avec l'océan devant vous, sur un plateau en "cinémascope", visible dans toutes les pièces, sauf excusez de peu, de la salle de bain :-D. Prestations de qualité, décoré avec goût. Parfait pour un séjour de repos, détente et bien-être.

Très bon séjour

Bel appartement bien placé et conforme à la description. Nous connaissons très bien le quartier et la plage de Pontaillac et avons choisi cet appartement pour le lieu et les prestations de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons, petite et grands avons passé un super séjour .
