Communication

It was difficult to communicate between French and English. The experiences we have had with in England is very different to those experienced in France. The requirement for bringing your own linen we did not realise extended to T towels. The son and partner did not clean as thoroughly as they should have. But the owner was too quick to charge an extra cost, she then referred a dispute to VRBO when no dispute existed. We explained the situation but she refused to back down. We felt that this was unfair and unjust. We will know better next time not to rent something for our son but also not to use VRBO.

Prestation de grande qualité

C'est la deuxième fois que nous réservons cet appartement pour nos vacances d'hiver et rien à redire : Appartement très propre, annonce 100% correspondant à la location, communication avec le propriétaire excellente, résidence de standing, station familiale et accueillante... Et en plus cette année la météo était de notre côté. Donc merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir fait confiance une seconde fois !

Tres bonne location à recommander

Appartement bien équipé il ne manque rien pour cuisiner, nettoyer, bonne literie tout est là pour passer un bon séjour,tres bien situé pour la randonnée, village animé et plaisant. Le seul bémol qui ne concerne pas les propriétaires s est le comportement de certains locataires qui laissentdes mots sur votre pare brise pour les places de parking.

Comme à la maison

Seconde fois pour nous en famille avec le chien ici. En rentrant dans l'appartement mes enfants ont dit: Ah ça fait du bien d'être revenus chez nous ! :) On se sent bien, il est très fonctionnel,propre, toutes les indications sont laissées, l'arrivée est autonome donc flexible. Et en plus pour nous, il est à 2 pas de chez ma maman c'est parfait ! On apprécie le changement de mobilier sur la terrasse. 2eme et dernier étage donc pas de bruit sur notre tête et une jolie vue sur le Mont Cervin.

Escapade gourmande et une belle découverte

Un séjour court de 4 jours début avril en couple sans enfants. Le logement est très propre et vraiment très bien équipé, c'est rare..et très agréable. Très calme à cette époque de l'année. Le garage est un plus appréciable. De très bons restaurants accessibles à pied. Pas de ski ni de randonnées pour nous à cause du mauvais temps, mais le site est bien situé pour visiter des lieux comme Megève, Annecy, Genève, Yvoire.. Faites un arrêt à la Coop Val d'Arly, pour découvrir les produits de producteurs locaux. Je recommande !

Appartement de grande qualité

Appartement correspondant exactement au descriptif. Nous étions 2 adultes, un enfant de 6 ans et un toutou bien élevé, et nous avons trouvé l'appartement très confortable et largement assez grand pour nous. Rien ne manque et le matériel mis à disposition des locataires est de qualité. Le propriétaire répond toujours très vite à nos quelques sollicitations. La résidence est récente, bien pensée et propre. La navette ski est littéralement au pied de la résidence. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le garage privatif car je n'ai pas voulu démonter le coffre de toit, mais il est grand et propre. Et j'ai pu me garer sans problème en bas de la résidence (les places de parking ne manquent pas même pendant les vacances scolaires). Merci aux propriétaires, nous avons passés de bonnes vacances en grande partie grâce à la qualité de leur prestation.

Vacances à la montagne

Nous avons découvert un joli et charmant petit logement en arrivant sur place; du balcon de celui-ci, nous avions une superbe vue sur les montagnes et ses beaux chalets. Dommage que la neige etait absente durant notre séjour... Très bon contact avec notre hôte qui était très réactive. Je vous recommande, sans aucune hésitation, le logement.

Tout a été parfait !

Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur courtoisie dans tous nous échanges. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement dans un état de propreté impeccable, avec des équipements de qualité (aspirateur, machine à café, etc.). Tout est très bien organisé, l'intérieur joliment décoré et la vue sur les montagnes depuis le balcon tout simplement magnifique. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

J'ai hésité à mettre 1 étoile de partout pour faire fuire les gens et garder ce petit logement que pour nous :) Je ne peux pas me prononcer sur les conditions en hiver car nous y avons séjourné en été, mais pour nous c'était parfait. L'appartement était impeccablement propre, bien équipé, la hauteur du plafond donne un volume agréable, le balcon est bien utile, superbe vue sur le Mont Charvin, résidence très bien placée dans la station. ++++
