Situated on the 7th hole of the Indian Palms Country Club historic 27-hole championship golf course, our misted patio with gas BBQ, dining table and 2 separate sitting areas is the perfect place to relax, read, chat or enjoy a meal. Savor beautiful desert days by the community pool, golfing or hiking and come home to our casual, elegant, art-filled, air-conditioned home. Our room layouts are very spacious and dining table expands to accommodate your whole family - even socially distance if necessary! Cook in the kitchen or on the outdoor gas BBQ while still chatting with friends and family.

The main bedroom faces the golf course and has a huge bathroom with tub, shower, 2 sinks and vanity. 2nd bedroom has an office and pull-out queen sofa - bathroom with tub in the hallway; the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and own bath with shower. As a bonus, there is another small room off the 3rd bedroom with a twin bed and desk. Perfect place if you are escaping for a week and need to fit in a little work or you just need a little personal time. We are centrally located - walking distance to Coachella and Stagecoach ; visit Palm Springs, Indian Wells, Joshua Tree and more!

This property has full access to the community swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, tennis courts, pickleball and bocce. Enjoy!

ALSO, this is a NON-SMOKING property - inside and out please! Violating this house rule will forfeit deposit. We also have a strict no-pets policy. Please note: for anyone with severe allergies please note that there has been a dog and cat in the house at one time though items related have been removed and it has been thoroughly cleaned numerous times since that time.

Stayed with friends in the home for Stagecoach. Perfect area, clean home, pool was small but enjoyable, and a perfect location to hop on over to the festival grounds. Definitely reccomend!

We enjoyed our stay

Our family stayed in the house for a lacrosse tournament. It was a very convenient location and we really enjoyed the amenities: pickleball, pool and hot tub. The place was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen, bathrooms, sheets and towels were clean. The only minor negative was a refrigerator full of expired food and a lack of hand soap. Other than that the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home with a great location

My family made the trip with my mother, wife, young kids and a family friend. The house worked well for all, and the open kitchen/living room really provided for a nice eating/socializing space. We really enjoyed the patio at night staring at the stars and enjoying company. I had a lot of questions on the property as we arrived, and found that the sheet that usually explains most of these questions was missing, but the owners were quick to sent me the sheet on email after I inquired. Good feedback overall from the owners and we enjoyed the weekend in the desert!

Beautifully appointed home

7th Heaven was beautifully appointed - with a soothing, colorful, pretty and contemporary decor. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful and clear in her communication. The property was spacious, light and I loved the sweet office/child's room. that made the home perfectly set-up for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. And the home was very clean with thoughtful touches (extra soaps, pillows, etc). We enjoyed the communal pool available within this gated community... Many thanks to the owners for a lovely visit!

This property oozes elegant comfort with a little fun! Make yourself quickly at home inside and out.

Looking for a long-term rental? Or just a weekend get-away....This is a great place to call home. It is fully stocked, indoor and outdoor comfortable tables for dining, nice area to relax, enjoy a glass of wine and look out at the golf course. Far enough away from the flag to avoid any stray balls, but close enough to occasionally watch people finishing their 7th hole. Close to all the in-town amenities ( restaurants, shopping, etc.) while still enjoying a very quiet and peaceful retreat. Full access to community pools, tennis, pickleball and gym.

What makes this property unique

Clean and updated. Master suite is large and private. Other bedrooms at other end of the house - perfect for a family vacation or for couples or friends. 2nd bedroom has sleeper sofa, a desk to work with printer, and bathroom across the hall, 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom and shower with adjoining little room with twin bed and desk - perfect for another friend or child. Great patio space to BBQ, dine, 2 separate sitting areas. Sleeps 7 very comfortably.
