High Desert Home 15 Minutes from North Palm Springs

Please read entire listing. The photos were taken before the added beds. Additionally, there is a dining room table along with a smaller dining table for use. Also, there are 3 counter stools at the kitchen bar

Pets allowed, you're welcome to book instantly and just inform me after you book, that you are bringing a pet. There is no fee for pets.

It’s a 4 bedroom home, the master, second and third bedroom all have queen beds. The 4th bedroom is an office And has the blue pull out sofa.

Brand new home, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with fenced in backyard. Beautifully decorated in mid-century modern decor with a backyard. Outdoor cameras for your safety.

Completely furnished with new furniture and decor.

Master Bedroom with Private Bath; Front Bedroom with Queen Bed; 3rd Bedroom with queen bed and separate full bath; 4th bedroom with pull-out sofa and full bath.

Fully functioning office with workstations, computers, printers, and local phone. Additionally, two electric blow-up beds available. Dogs upon approval.

Please note that I do live in the property 50 percent of the time so you will find extra amenities including a June Oven, High-end Coffee Maker, a top of the line treadmill and much more.

My home is not the typical vacation home. Upon entering the home, you will notice the extra care and custom touches that make your stay more enjoyable including original artwork, mid century furniture and other decor. If your looking for the run of the mill vacation home, this isn’t the property for you, it doesn’t have crappy furnishings and IKEA furniture.

There is designated spaces for you to put your clothes as well as a refrigerator full of condiments and water. Spacious kitchen with anything you could possibly need.

Please contact me for longer and discounted monthly stays. I do keep personal items in the property as well but that in no way with hamper your stay, just enhance it.

There is no construction at my property.

Currently, I'm accepting reservations for 30 days or more until my short term rental is renewed in October 2024. Please inquire for more details.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We used this as our landing pad to explore Joshua tree. The house had everything and more and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Home away from home

The property was situated in a great neighborhood close to many places including to grocery stores. Home always very comfortable to be out of heat. Would rent again if ever in the area heat

Cute house but not set up for guests

My family of 6 stayed here for a 4 day trip. The house is cute, the location is great for checking out both Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. My issue was that the house is not set up for guests, as it is apparent the owner lives there a majority of the time. All the closets and dressers were full of the owner's clothes. None of us were able to unpack. Same for the bathrooms, all cabinets/drawers were full with the owner's personal items. I'm just not a fan of that. There was no hand soap, etc. There is a exercise machine in the middle of the living room. The owner's food was stored in the fridge and there was no place to store the pantry items s we bought in the kitchen pantry so everything had to be left out on the counter. If these things are not important to you, then it's a good choice. But for me and my family, I prefer to have the house set up to accommodate guests.

It’s stated in my listing that I live there 50 percent of the time. It’s loaded with all the amenities including a treadmill. The house is quite large with plenty room for a treadmill, it has four bedroom. I strive for 5 star ratings and if there are any issues I ask guests to contact me. There is designated space for clothes which is stated online and in the house manual. The refrigerator only has condiments and water. If you don’t appreciate the extra care and touches in my room, then stay else where. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to store anything. If you’re looking for crappy furniture, furnishings and art, my place isn’t that. Guests rent my house for a true mid century experience and are for those not looking for a run of the mill, barebones vacation home, which I’m not. Unfortunately, this guest didn’t take the time to read my listing, and that’s on them. I will continue to welcome guests thst appreciate what I have and offer.

Great place!

Todd's place was an ideal spot for our mini family reunion. Light and bright, cool decor, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, and awesome kitchen appliances. Our dog liked it too! Would recommend wholeheartedly. The only (very minor) thing: We couldn't locate soap or body wash for the showers, but we always bring our own anyway.

Happy New Year in Desert Hot Springs

This house worked out perfect for our family of 6 adults and our pet dogs. The owner was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. He answered any questions we had about the house. The home was newer, large, beautifully decorated and clean. We ate all of our meals at the house and the all of the kitchen supplies we needed were available. The home and owner are dog friendly so it worked out well for our family. This home is in a great location to go outlet shopping, hike at Joshua Tree National Park, and visit Palm Springs. We would definitely recommend staying at this home.

So many amenities

We had a lovely stay at this midcentury modern home. Todd, the host, was very easy to communicate with and all of the accommodations were very comfortable. There were tons of cozy blanket and a wonderful couch in the living room, so we enjoyed several movie nights. It was about a 20 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs, but it was a quiet neighborhood. I'd highly recommend this stay!

Very cute home with picturesque location

This stay was convenient, stylish, beautiful and comfortable. One word I would choose would be homey. It felt like being guests of friends with very good taste. :-)
