Our quiet and cozy apartment is located in the residential complex Godewind, in the 1st. Floor - approx. 150m from the sandy beach and not far from the center of Boltenhagen (Meckl.).
2013/2014 completely newly furnished 2-room apartment (about 55m²) with balcony for 2-3 persons - upscale equipment / good mattresses!

Wir waren mit unserem 4 Jährigen Enkel 5 Tage in der Wohnung der Platz ist völlig ausreichend. Sehr gut ist auch der Raum mit dem Bollerwagen und Strand Spielzeug. Und der Weg zum Strand super kurz wir haben den Übergang 13 benutzt auch ist der Bäcker gleich um der Ecke. Also es war ein super Urlaub wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen .Waren vom 27-31 August 2026 da

Die Duschkabine war undicht. Das Inlett der Kopfkissen war fleckig ebenso die Bezüge der Sofakissen. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Lage.

Es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Fahrradschuppen bietet viel Platz für die Fahrräder.Die Dusche zeigte schon etwas Schimmelansatz, was sicher auf die häufige Benutzung von vielen Feriengästen zurückzuführen ist. Schlüsselübergabe klappte unkompliziert.Leider war das bestellte Wäschepaket nicht vorhanden und musste von uns noch nachgefordert und abgeholt werden. Alles in Allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gut geschlafen und hatten alles zur Verfügung, was für einen entspannten Ostseeurlaub nötig ist (kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Bäcker & Edeka, separater Fahrradschuppen, Balkon mit Morgensonne, Parkplatz...)

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber, in der Küche war alles da, was man zum kochen braucht, der Edeka war gleich nebenan und der Strand war auch nicht weit, unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einem seperaten Raum unterstellen, jede Wohnung hatte seinen eigenen Parkplatz, wir hatten nichts zu meckern, wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden. Strand und Ortsnähe war gut. eine gute ruhige Lage. Leider waren in der Dusche am unteren Rand schwarze Schimmelflecken die uns sehr gestört haben.

Start in die Badesaison

Ein schöner (fast zu) Kurzurlaub in der Woche vor Ostern. Boltenhagen war noch nicht zu überlaufen, die See hatte 11 Grad - ausreichend für das tägliche Bad am Morgen. Vom Quartier bis zum Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg. In noch kürzerer Entfernung ist ein EDEKA mit extra Bäckerstand.

5 Tage Erholung pur

Sehr schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee. Bei kühlen Temperaturen schöne Strandspaziergänge gemacht und Tagesausflüge nach Wismar und Lübeck.Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was wir benötigt haben.Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt, vielen Dank an den netten Herren.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr gut gelegen, nah am Strand und zum Supermarkt. Parkplatz vorm Haus vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt, nette Vermieterin. Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz für drei Personen, nur die Küche hätte besser sein können.

Eine Grundsanierung der Wohnung ist nötig

Der Aufenthalt in Boltenhagen war wunderschön, wenn die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich, wie von allen Bewertungen abgegeben wäre (Ich kann diese nicht verstehen) Die Fenster sind nicht geputzt, geschweige die Fensterbretter wurden irgendwann gereinigt. Das Bad geht gar nicht, es ist von der Toilette bis zur Dusche auszuwechseln. Die Türen,(Glastüren der Schrankwand)sowie der in der Küche inkl. Fliesenspiegel sind total verschmiert. Die Heizkörper sind ewig nicht von innen gereinigt worden. Als ich die Bettwäsche abgezogen habe, ist mir fast schlecht geworden. Der Eingangsbereich ist in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nich einmal gereinigt worden. Und und und.....ich könnte ewig so weiter machen. Der Ort Bolenhagen ist sehr zu empfehlen, aber nicht dieses Haus. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ihr Gast

Soweit fast alles in Ordnung

Wir waren ganz zufrieden. Helle ordentliche Unterkunft. Es war sauber und alle erdenklichen Utensilien standen zur Verfügung. Der versprochene Whirlpool war eine Enttäuschung für unseren Sohn, da der in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird. Das Bad ist ohne Fenster.

Mutter-Tochter Urlaub

Eine wirklich sehr gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung, ganz nah zum Strand, Edeka und zu Fuß max. 20 Minuten bis zur Stadt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen!!!
