Die Wohnung war behindertengerecht, was allerdings nur beim Foto des Bades auffällt und nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird. Zum Beispiel waren die Lichtschalter auf "Kniehöhe". Ausserdem war die Wohnung schlecht gelüftet, im fensterlosen Bad besteht der Verdacht auf Schimmel in den Fliesenfugen und am Duschvorhang. Das Geschirr stand unsauber im Schrank, welcher innen sehr stark nach Speiseresten roch. Der Versuch Kontakt mit der Vermieterin aufzunehmen, blieb bis heute erfolglos bzw. unbeantwortet.

Der Check-in lief richtig gut, wurden nett empfangen, wie man es sich wünscht.Der erste Eindruck war eine solide geräumige Wohnung, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber das wussten wir. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man gut zurecht kommt.Es fing gleich an, dass das Abwasserrohr am Waschbecken undicht war. Es kam schnell der Hausmeiser, der es flickte. Er meinte, er komme in den nächsten Tagen, um es zu reparieren.Nun mussten wir mit einem niedrigen Waschbecken klarkommen. Ansonsten war das Bad okay. Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel und sie ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Terasse ist etwas überdacht, jedoch laden die Gartenmöbel nicht gerade zum Wohlfühlen ein.Ich hatte versucht die Vermieterin zu kontaktieren, um die Mängel weiterzugeben. Eine Antwort steht leider immer noch aus. Mein Mann und ich sind wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll. Aber sauber und funktionstüchtig sollte es schon sein.

Terrasse war eine Enttäuschung,wirkte ungepflegt und die zusammengewürfelten Garten Möbel haben diesen Eindruck verstärkt.

Urlaub in Boltenhagen

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr zentral, sehr sauber bis auf Ameisen in der Wohnung. Behindertengerecht. Unsere Kinder waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung.

Wir kommen wieder

Das Appartement liegt super zentral gegenüber des Kurparks. Es hat alles, was 2 Personen brauchen, sogar einen Mixer, allerdings nur mit einem Schläger - Sahneschlagen geht auch damit. - Aufenthalt für 4 Personen wäre auch möglich (Schrankbett im Wohnzimmer und super bequeme Couch). Geschirr ist für 6-8 Personen da, so dass auch das Sammeln des schmutzigen Geschirrs im Geschirrspüler bei 2 Personen kein Problem ist. Die Vermieterin war bei Fragen bezgl. Handtüchern und Bettwäsche am Telefon sehr nett. Das bekommt man in der Boltenhagener Appartement - und Immobilienservice GmbH nur 30 m entfernt vom Appartement. Die Terrasse ist prima ausgestattet und hatte ab 9Uhr Sonne bis zum späten Nachmittag. Wir haben alles sehr genossen.

Eine Woche Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war super. Im Klappbett konnte man super schlafen. Die Gegend, Ostsee, Kurpark, kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und Supermärkte - alles in der Nähe. Es hat rundherum alles gepasst. Dankeschön!

Winterurlaub in Boltenhagen

Waren sehr schöne Tage. Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr zentral. Parkplatz könnte etwas besser beschriftet sein. Hatten uns erst nicht getraut dort zu parken, weil es ein Behindertenparkplatz ist.

Tolle Wohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage

sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz in ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem im Zentrum von Boltenhagen, nur 150 m vom Strand entfernt; Wohnung sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt

Super Lage…

Die Anreise/Check in war problemlos, top Lage mit genügen Platz…, toller Aussenbereich, ein Kartoffelstampfer hat uns gefehlt , aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Leider waren ein paar Silberfische zu sehen im Wohnzimmer und Bad. Dazu leider ein unten komplett verschimmelter Duschvorhang, der einfach mal getauscht werden müsste.

FEWO sehr einladend!

Unsere FEWO machte einen sehr guten, sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Eindruck! Wir verlebten sehr erholsame und entspannte Tage. Wir können aber für die Sauberkeit nur 4 Sterne vergeben! In der FEWO innen gab es in punkto Sauberkeit nichts zu bemängeln! Leider wirkte das äußere Umfeld (z.B. die Terrasse mit den Möbeln) recht unsauber und unaufgeräumt! Da muss unbedingt zum Saisonbeginn eine Grundreinigung stattfinden! Ansonsten waren wir mit der Wohnung zufrieden und würden diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

Schöne, ebenerdige, großzügige, zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Sehr zentral gelegene, gepflegte Wohnung. Mit Kind ideal, Außenbeleuchtung zum verweilen, barrierefrei. Ideal für 2-3 Personen aber bis zu 4 möglich. Für Kinder war sogar Spielzeug vorhanden. Gerne wieder.
