About this property

This location is hard to top with easy access to everything in Bend. This home on The Bluffs in the Old Mill District is one block away from the shops and restaurants, and is walking distance to the Les Schwab Amphitheater. Stroll along the Deschutes River Trail that is only a stone's throw away. Or, just relax in the backyard and listen to music ripple over the river during the summer concert. Sit in the hot tub and look at the stars. This contemporary home offers an open floor plan excellent for lounging and entertaining. Upstairs you'll find three nice bedrooms with privacy for a peaceful night's sleep. Two of the rooms offer views of Mt. Bachelor so you can check snow conditions and greet the morning with the beautiful view. Even the dog has a spot and will enjoy the gated backyard and nearby dog park. Float the river at Farewell Park (below the home) in the summer use the local shuttle to get back home. This home is in the perfect location to access the road up to the mountain and lakes while the ski shuttle is conveniently close.

On the bluff

Wonderful Property, We have actually stayed here about six times and will continue to as long as it’s available. Clean, well stocked and a great location.

I can't thank the crew at Arrived enough for saving the day! I needed a rental property asap during an emergency water line break at my home. Crystal and Chris at Arrived were caring and found us a wonderful home within the hour. This was a beautiful and restful home on the bluffs above the old mill. The kitchen was stocked with everything a professional cook could desire. Great BBQ on the patio next to a large hot tub. Beds were super comfy too. All within a short walk down to the shops and river trail. It was a stress relieving stay. Thanks Arrived!

Perfect family home

House was nice & cozy. Rooms were a perfect set up and living area had a good couch. Was walkable to old mill and the dog park on the river. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Overall nice house would re book again in the future
