Expansive wraparound deck equipped with a 6-person luxury hot tub (the owner bears no liability for hot tub usage), comfortable lounge chairs, a brand-new gas grill, a fire pit, 25 private acres, and wildlife viewing. Revel in your morning coffee with Mt. Silverheels as your backdrop.

Amenities: Free high-speed WiFi, heating, luxury hotel-grade linens, towels, and bedding, along with a full-sized washer/dryer. We are happy to provide a pack and play to help lessen your travel load. That being said we do not provide sheets/bedding for this.

PARKING: Ample parking space in the driveway (8 vehicles), on-site trailer parking allowed (maximum of 3 trailers).
From world-class hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, and rafting in the summer to skiing at Breckenridge, Vail, Copper, Keystone, and much more in the winter, you'll never run out of activities. Plus, a quick drive south will lead you to the relaxing Mt. Princeton Hot Springs!

Other Things to Note:
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
-A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required for stays between Nov-May due to Colorado's snowy weather.
-No Check-In/Check-Out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Bookings for these dates will need to be altered or cancelled.
