Perfect! Except for the weather.

We loved the condo. 9th floor is just perfect to be above the noise and capture the best views. The balcony was massive. Resort is precious. Thank you to Matt with Warren Beach Rentals. He was so kind. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week at Grand Panama!

Warren Beach Rentals was great to work with. They have an app you can put on your phone that is very helpful and convenient, I used it several times. The Unit was as advertised, clean and nice. I would highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals and Grand Panama.

Great views from balcony. Well supplied unit. Had to call for help with TV’s and Warren Beach Rentals were very responsive and quickly fixed the problem. Would definitely stay again.

Grand Panama 902

This was a wonderful pet friendly accommodation! The pool and outside areas were cleaned daily. Our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice perk! The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked most days and had all we needed. Balcony was spacious with a million dollar view of the ocean.

Beachfront Beauty

This condo not only had great views of the gulf but was beautifully decorated and equipped with a well stocked kitchen! All the beds (including the bunkbeds) were comfortable! In unit washer and dryer were an added bonus. We rented directly through Warren Beach Rentals who were proactive in communication about what to expect on our stay and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Stay was fine. I was shocked the amount that VRBO charge me. In the future I will book the Grand Panama with Warren Beach rental directly.

Thanksgiving get away

Condo was beautiful . Issues with TV made it unavailable to watch the Thanksgiving day parade and dog show we were very much looking forward to . The issue was never resolved

Softball/Beach trip

This condo was great as well as the resort. The condo was very clean and the wait for the elevators was not bad. The only complaint I have would be the heat that is coming out of the vents by the unit doors. The heat coming from the vents was extreme and made it quite uncomfortable coming and going from the unit.

Great condo for four people

Pros: fantastic and beautiful beach, two pools and two hot tubs (ones in Tower 2 much less crowded!), spotless condo, very well equipped condo, comfortable beds, responsive host (replaced a faulty outlet same day!). Cons; check in was hectic with everyone accessing a few elevators at the same time, accessing parking across the street was a significant annoyance, parking cost is $50 not $30. Last notes: condo good for four but would be cramped for more than four, be aware that check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am so first and last days are basically lost.
