The Space:

Whether you're soaking in the serenity of the patio with a favorite beverage or setting off on a boating adventure, this lakeside lodge is your ideal spot for unforgettable memories. Enjoy a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for both short and extended stays. This cottage is centrally located to many area attractions and best for those looking to be steps from the pristine waterfront. While we take a great deal of care for the cottage at Alpine Resort, if you're seeking a perfect flawless place or are super high maintenance this is not the place for you.



-The property is located on a busier road which could lead to some daytime noise.

-It is part of a resort with 4 separate rent-able buildings but offers ample space and privacy for all guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all common areas; driveway area, yard around unit, boardwalk/dock area, kayaks, bikes, air hockey, corn hole, ladder ball, 4 pickleball rackets/balls, and garage area.

Walking distance to a public beach, jungle gym, and seasonal breakfast/lunch diner

Pickleball courts @ Dr MK Conklin Park (2 min drive/6 min bike) We have 4 paddles/balls available in garage

Grocery, dining options, gas station, and ATM within a 1-minute drive

Other Things to Note:

There is a $15 charge per person per night over two guests to cover additional cleaning and laundry expenses. This is why we ask for an accurate number of guests and is automatically included in your price.



Interaction with Guests:

The owners will always be a text or call away if any issues arise however our desire is to give each guest privacy and space to enjoy themselves within the confines of the house rules.

Advantages: - docks and kayaks - private swimming off docks, public beach across the street - there were at least 6 bikes in good working order and we used them to tour the beautiful countryside - location is lovely -- right on the lake and with lots of beautiful country around - view from front over lake is spectacular - house is great for families -- great room for games and video, with foosball, chess, toys for toddlers, and a couple of pull out sofas. - bunk room good for kids - kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms are fine - host was very responsive

Fantastic views and accommodations with all the luxury you are needing.

This rental was the dream getaway that we all needed. I loved relaxing by the water every morning drinking my coffee and being able to hop into a kayak to play on the water whenever I felt like it. The house is so spacious, there was no being "on top of each other" at all. We had fun riding bikes and fishing. It was a vacation we all totally relaxed and took it all in. We would love to rent the lodge again!

Beautiful, peaceful setting

This property was exactly as described. It was newly renovated, spacious and ideal for a peaceful getaway at the water's edge. We have a boat, and the new decking and docks were perfect. While we didn't take advantage of all the amenities offered by the host (kayaks, bikes, fire pit, etc), we fished each day and enjoyed the view. We also play pickleball, and the area has two new courts within walking distance. Local dining was amazing...they do feed you! The host was accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended!

Am I being tricked of having to give YOU a review, in order to see what your already written review of ME says....?? From the patio/dock areas, the views are wonderful. Matt the property manager was very responsive to our needs of toilet paper. He also had good phone skills, especially when giving us a heads up that his cleaning person was running 30-40 minutes late, and that we could still be there for our 4pm check-in but may need to wait until they were finished before we could go in... This hurrying of the cleaning crew might explain the dirty grill with 3 hot dogs on it. The other minor items were that some pots looked like they were put away dirty. But hey, overall we survived.
