Perfect for a romantic getaway. Just 10 minutes from the lakes, 10 minutes from Nigloland amusement park, and 35 minutes from Troyes and the outlet malls, the Gite de la Barse is a small, tastefully decorated retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family with children. You’ll have all the amenities you need right on site: a restaurant, supermarket, train station, pharmacy, and more. This single-story apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area with a very comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests (supplement of €20 per person for the stay), a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The bed will be made upon your arrival, and heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay. A €35 CLEANING DEPOSIT is due upon arrival in addition to the cottage security deposit. Right outside the cottage, you’ll find free parking, and across from the cottage is a public park with trees and benches. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: golf course 3 km away, swimming, fishing, and water sports at the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, wine cellar tours and Champagne tastings...

Gîte correspondant bien à l annonce

Gîte très propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La literie et le canapé sont très bien. Accueil sympa de la propriétaire. Je recommande ce gîte pour un couple.
