Holiday Rental in the Heart of the Forêt d'Orient and Its Lakes In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, near the Vélovoie bike path, and just 20 minutes from the city of Troyes, come stay in this small, single-story cottage built of local brick, which is accessible to guests with limited mobility (2 steps to access the garden). You’ll appreciate the homely decor and the owners’ thoughtful touches. A second cottage, located just a few metres away, can accommodate up to 9 people, with the option to share the garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland. Forest, bike path, on-site fishing. Electric car charging stations 300m away and a children’s playground/fitness area 450m away. TV with Disney+ access. You’ll have access to a living area with a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a “kids’” bedroom (2 bunk beds, 90x190, plus a fold-out bed with a 90x190 mattress) with access to the garden, a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink), and a separate toilet. Outside, you’ll have access to a small enclosed garden with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a grill. A storage room for your sports equipment, strollers, and more will be available. Two standard bicycles are available free of charge, and you can rent two electric bikes (€20 per day per bike) on-site from the owners, subject to availability. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and linens will be provided. End-of-stay cleaning, bath linens, heating, and electricity are subject to additional charges (based on metre readings from October through April).
