We provide chairs, umbrellas, towels, and badges, so you can enjoy your stay without the hassle. Backyard with BBQ, seating and dining. Perfect for easy, relaxing beach days. Sleeps 10 comfortably, up to 14 with foldable mattresses. Driveway for 2 cars plus free street parking. Only registered guests allowed. Minimum booking age: 25.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure each tv remote is left on the nearest table. Everything should be in the same position where you found it. Please follow checkout rules provided to you.
Beach badges-(applicable to summer only) 14 Beach must be left in the kitchen where found. Each lost badge will cost 100. Ensure all beach gear were left were found.
Please clean the grill if used. Place all trash in bags in the garbage cans inside the backyard gate near the garage. Do not use the garbage cans on the unpaved driveway, they belong to the neighbor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOUSE RULES • Reservations for groups consisting primarily of guests under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
 The person who booked the
reservation must be present at all time and must be 25 years old or older.
• Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
