About this property

Beautiful Beach house on the Jersey Shore

The house was built in 2012 with a very high standard. There are hardwood floors throughout the house accompanied by beautiful tiles in all the bathrooms. The main floor boasts 9 ft ceilings with some amazing trim work along the ceilings and floors. The dining room seats 8 with room for more by just adding the extra leaf. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with dual showerheads. The 3 other bedrooms all have queen-size beds with 2 of the rooms having built-in closets and the largest of the rooms has a pull out couch which can sleep two. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. From the kitchen there are double sliding glass doors that open up to a large deck, patio area, and very spacious backyard.(100x75ft).

In the morning you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting in the sun on the large front porch planning your day. Maybe it is a day at one of the beautiful beaches, some shopping and excitement in NYC, or just relaxing with a good book while enjoying the sun in the spacious backyard. The back of the house has the sun from noon time until it goes down.

While there are many good restaraunts to choose from in the area, like Charleys Ocean Grill, North Beach Grill, or one of the many others at Pier Village, you can also choose to eat in. There are plenty of supermarkets, fresh markets, and even a fish market where you can purchase everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner at home. The kitchen features a large gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all amenities needed to make the perfect dish. There is also an extra full size refrigerator in the garage perfect to fill up with all types of drinks.

We welcome you and your family to come and enjoy our lovely home at the jersey shore. We will always do our best to meet any needs you may have and make your vacation most enjoyable.

*6 Complimentary beach badges are also included and depending on how often you go to the beach could really save you some money. Daily beach price is around 8$ per day for adults.

Daniel's home was the perfect stay for our family. With my 79-year-old mother, and 6- and 10-year-old kids in tow, we made beautiful memories during our time there. The house was spacious and clean, and the kids adored the backyard (and we enjoyed the quiet of the house while they happily played outside!) Near to the beach, restaurants, and lots of fun places, we hope to return in the future!

Great family vacation

This is our third time staying at Dan’s house. Melissa was great with communicating with us when there was work that needed to be done on the house. There’s everything we needed with 3 young children (3-7 years old) and we loved the location right next to a large playground with basketball courts

Lovely home that exactly fit our needs. The house is spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. Daniel and his sister who helps manage the property are quickly responded to questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home away from home vacation.

Great spot for small kids!

The place was super clean when we checked in. I was there with my extended family, including 3 small children who really enjoyed riding in the red wagon we found in the garage to the walkable playground.

We are a family of five, Daniel from Long Branch, Anne Mai from Norway, and our three kids Oliver, Anna, and Felix. We currently live in Norway but we come to Long Branch to visit family and friends at least twice a year. We love coming here, and had been looking for a place to feel like home while on vacation. This house was perfect for us and we jumped at the chance.

Why they chose this property

A quiet and cozy area only minutes from the beach and right next to a beautiful park. The huge back yard and great location really did it for us.
