We’ve stayed at many places in Whistler, and this was the most disappointing. The room didn’t feel clean, and we found a bug that resembled a bed bug (staff told us it was a beetle). Regardless, we didn’t feel comfortable afterward. The swimming pool was closed (the hot tub was open), and interactions with staff were not helpful or welcoming. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled to share this experience.

Great Time

We had a great stay at the Alpenglow. Great location, great price. Super short walk to the village, shops, restaurants and the gondolas. Overall a great stay!
