As previously mentioned, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make cooking a breeze, but if you'd like to truly surprise your friends, the private gas grill in the deck will do the trick. The deck is another great place to gather with your friends; it comes equipped with a couple of snug chairs and the grill. Plus, if you're sad about leaving your dog behind at doggy care, there's no need to worry! Sunrise Serenity is a dog-friendly retreat and your dog is welcome to join you all.

If you're looking forward to relaxing and simply enjoying yourself, the sleepy town of Manzanita is a perfect choice. Downtown Manzanita is just over one mile away from your front door and there you'll find all the dining options and stores needed– no more, no less. It's a peaceful town offering less commerce and a slower pace of life compared to Cannon Beach and Seaside. However, if you feel like you need a little fix of city life, Cannon Beach is 15.5 miles north. The beach at Manzanita stretches for five miles, from the base of Neahkanie Mountain to the mouth of the Nehalem River. Hiking enthusiasts can trek up to the Neahkahnie Mountain summit (six miles away)–the views along the shoreline down to Tillamook Bay are magnificent

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
