Cozy single level three bedroom home, with a large yard and back patio that's perfect for outdoor entertaining. We are located in the heart of beautiful Manzanita, just five blocks to our seven mile long beach! Two short blocks to the main street featuring restaurants, wine shops, stores, library, coffee shops, and more. We are just two blocks to a liquor and grocery store. Manzanita Links is a 9 hole golf course just minutes from the house as well as a tennis court and playground.

The home is fully furnished including all linens, bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, pans, microwave and coffee maker. WiFI, Cable TV and DVD player are included. We have some games, puzzles, and beach toys available for your use. All you need to bring is your beach towels.

The Master bedroom has queen bed and private bath with tiled shower and skylight. A second bath features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has queen bed and the third bedroom a full sized bed. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper.

On the back patio we have a dining set with seating for 6 and some Adirondack chairs. The yard is not fully fenced in, but the back yard feels secluded.

My family and I spent five days at this vacation home. Our stay was perfect. The home was well appointed with everything you could need. Perfect beach getaway

We come to Manzanita every spring break and this was the best place we’ve stayed so far. Very clean and well maintained. The layout was great for our small family and dog. Perfect distance to town and beach- we never had to drive.

We had a great time in Manzanita in this house. If the weather is nice, there are chairs out back with a yard. There is enough room for everyone to spread out or hang out together in the dining room or living room. Comfortable beds. Really clean, would stay here again.

An older house that's been upgraded on a quiet street near downtown. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of dinnerware. The TV is a little complicated, but we finally figured it out.

We reside in Portland, Oregon and love our beach getaway trips to Manzanita. The house was in tough shape when we purchased it and we did extensive remodeling to make it a comfortable retreat.

Travel is among our favorite hobbies and we frequently book our vacations using VRBO properties. Because we stay in short-term rentals ourselves, we appreciate the the needs of traveler and work hard to provide the amenities that make it a home.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase in Manzanita because it's a short 1 1/2 hrs from Portland, Oregon. It's a great residential beach town with just enough commercial to keep you comfortable, but its missing the crowds found in other coastal locations.. The geography on this part of the coast often shields Manzanita from some of the increment weather of our northern coastal towns. The expansive 7-mile long beach offers families room to spread out.

What makes this property unique

Manzanita has a laid back atmosphere with friendly local merchants and residents. Our home is ideally located which makes it very walkable to all amenities as well as to the beach. It's also a good take off point to other Oregon coastal activities.
