Our home is situated on three floors. The first floor has the garage and the washer and dryer area. Head on up to the main floor and you walk into a bright and spacious living room and open concept kitchen area. Our fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals together, sitting around the fire, or cuddled up watching a movie. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck surrounded by pines. We also have a laptop friendly workspace if you are working from home while enjoying our cabin!

On the third floor, we have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the private sauna!
The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has another comfortable king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle, a crib and a pack n play for the little ones! If you require the crib or the pack n play, please let us know beforehand so we can make sure that it is pulled out and available to you.

We have parking for two vehicles in our garage and one reserved spot.

Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to each stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out WIFI and the power before. While these instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try and accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

Great place to stay!

Our experience was amazing! We had to change our vacation dates because of the fires and Hillary and her team were so accommodating! This house is very clean, so cute, and very cozy to stay in! We will be back for sure!! :)

Great spot in Incline

Our family had a nice getaway here in July. This home was located in a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. We had a 3mo old with us and the crib was a nice addition. House had a good amount of bath towels, tp & beach towels. We played Yahtzee every night! ha!

Convenient and peaceful

This condo was perfect for my family. We could walk to dinner and groceries. There are bike and walking paths throughout the community but the closest beach / lake access is private. We drove to beach/ lake access easily. We drove to parking for hiking. We were 45 minutes from the Reno airport. We loved having access to the large garage and well stocked kitchen.

Three day birthday weekend

We loved this condo! We only used two of the bedrooms since we only had two couples and we used the third room as a dressing room! The location of this condo is fantastic! Super clean, well maintained condo. Beds were really comfortable and the showers were hot! Loved the fireplace and the great open space living downstairs! We can’t wait to stay here again! I don’t think we will look elsewhere unless this place is unavailable! Hillary was great and very quick to respond to any questions I had!

Amazing rental property in tahoe

So far, this has been the best property that I have ever rented. Let me list all the reasons why I think this is the best: - The owner/rental property manager was in touch throughout the stay and made the check-in/check-out process very easy - The home was well stocked. Even though we brought in lot of stuff with us during this pandemic season, I really was amazed how well-stocked this place and they had appliances for every single need. - The home was neatly maintained and very clean. - Washer aand dryer was very conveniently placed and the home also had some snow play equipments that you can use - The location was very convenient and central to incline village center, gas station, restaurants, sledding spots and diamond peak resort. Overall, I loved my stay and have already referred it to some of my friends.

Condo was cozy and al the amenities. Host was very responsive as track lights weren’t working but still plenty of light without them.

The "Flower's Family Retreat" is beautiful. The place was super clean and organized. Hillary was very communicative and helpful. We had no trouble checking in and everything we need was at our fingertips. I definitely would recommend it and hopefully, we'll have the chance to return very soon.

This property is newly updated, comfortable, and ready for your next Lake Tahoe getaway. We offer all of the luxuries of home, and we even have a private sauna for you to enjoy during your stay!

Our home is close to town, including restaurants, shopping, skiing, bowling, and more. Not to mention, we are a stone's throw from incredible beaches! We could not be in a better location.

We offer guests access to our garage, and you also enjoy a washer & dryer, free wifi, cable, Smart TV, DVD player, games for the kids, and much more.

We have a deck with a BBQ, a wet bar, and again, a sauna!!!

What makes this property unique

From the location to the personal sauna, our home is a perfect sanctuary for those looking for a quiet Lake Tahoe getaway. This home has been in our family since the beginning (1975!), and we are excited to share it with other families from around the world.

The location couldn't be better. We are walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and more! We are also just a short drive from Incline Village, which has tons of shopping and restaurants. While this home does not include access to any private beaches, there are several beautiful public beaches in the area:
Incline Public Beach
Hidden Beach Plaza
Speedboat Beach
Sand Harbor Beach
North Tahoe Beach

Looking to go skiing? We are minutes from Diamond Peak ski resort, and not far from other world-class ski resorts in the area including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Mt. Rose, and Heavenly.

Our comfortable home has everything you need for a low-key, quiet, vacation no matter the season!
