DESCRIPTION:
Cozy and Private! Located on the second floor over our personal garage. Convenient private stairs next to our garage lead to the condo. Easy one-block walk to Incline's private beach and a short distance to the Hyatt Hotel & Casino. A shared Hot Tub and Sauna are just down the steps from the front door.

Views of the mountains & trees and a gas-log fireplace provide a cozy Tahoe atmosphere. Two sunny decks create opportunities for outside relaxation. BBQ, table & chairs provided seasonally.

The Mc Cloud Condos are centrally located in Incline Village near a Starbucks coffee shop, a market/shopping center and convenient to enjoying gourmet meals at the Hyatt Hotel's Lone Eagle Grille Restaurant on the lake and other great nearby restaurants.

Driving time to Northstar Ski Resort 20 min., Diamond Peak Ski area 15 minutes and South Shore Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort 50 minutes

Complete kitchen: Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Complete Set of Cooking Necessities, Dishes, Silverware, Soaps, Towels and More.

Full bath located off Master Bedroom: Towels Provided plus Soaps and Shampoo, Hair Dryer. Toilet Paper, Tisssues. Washer and Dryer with detergent. Easy access to Outside Hot Tub and Sauna (shared).

Access to private Incline Village beaches with pass purchase , featuring outdoor pool, Tiki Bar, snack bar, picnic areas, volleyball court, and boat ramp. Limited number of Beach Passes provided for non-owner daily use - small fee charged per pass. Limited number available. Early bookings will have better availability of beach passes.

ACTIVITIES and ATTRACTIONS:

SUMMER: Golfing available at two renowned Incline Village golf courses. Walking and Hiking trails are easily accessible. Biking suitable for all levels... bring your own bike or rentals are available nearby. Other activities include Fishing, Boating, Tubing down the Truckee River, Jet-Skiing or just relaxing at Incline Village Private Beaches, a few minutes walk away! A Shakespeare festival is held on the lake mid-July to August.

WINTER: Skiing, Boarding, Snowmobile rides, Snow-shoeing, Six ski areas located within 30 min. driving time.

YEAR ROUND: Incline Village Fitness Center available with pool and weight room (daily and weekly rates), Restaurants, Cinemas, Library, Sightseeing.

We had a great time staying here the unit had everything we needed and more. A close drive to the slopes and easy access to food, coffee, breweries and a grocery store. The unit is cozy, clean and comfortable. Would love to come back again in the future.

Wonderful stay. No issues at all, and the condo itself is gorgeous and perfectly located. Peter and Corlene have obviously put tons of love into this place. Would definitely love to come back sometime soon!
