This house, located in Saint-Basile, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a CD player and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 5 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The house features cleaning products, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and ironing equipment.
Note that bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 75 euros to be paid on site. Please bring your own towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
The owner lives in a house adjoining the gîte. It is a typical ardèche gîte and the light is therefore rather limited inside, but this allows a pleasant temperature to be maintained in summer.
