Hello and welcome to THE KNAB FAMILY CABIN...your home away from home in the beautiful White Mountains of Pinetop, AZ! We invite you to read our reviews to see why guests love staying at our home!

Our 2300+ sq ft home is cozy enough for 1 family to enjoy...yet large enough to be enjoyed by 2-3 families. We take great pride in providing our guests with a beautifully decorated and incredibly well-maintained home that is appointed with everything you will need for a wonderful stay!

We are located in the beautiful community of 'Pinetop Crossings, which is IDEALLY located in the heart of the White Mountains...adjacent to Pinetop Lakes Country Club and very close to many other golf courses, fishing, bike & ATV trails, parks, movie theaters, restaurants, entertainment, shopping. Easy drive to SUNRISE Mountain!

Upstairs there is a loft with a large sectional and TV where kids love to hang out, watch TV, play games!

PATIO:
Dining Table that seats 6 as well as a conversation seating area that seats 2 more. Also, a gas grill for cooking out!

PETS:
House-trained dogs are welcome with owner pre-approval. Strict maximum of 2 dogs. A signed pet addendum and a pet fee is required. Before you book, please message us for approval and to tell us a little bit about your dog(s)...Thanks!

$50 per night for 1 dog, $70 per night for 2 Dogs
$350 per week for 1 dog, $450 for 2 Dogs
Discounts available for stays longer than 1 week

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS:
A minimum stay of Friday to Monday is required of all Holiday Weekends.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent to groups of people under the age of 25.

CLEANING FEE: For stays longer than 1 week the cleaning fee will be increased by $100.

Perfect Pinetop Cabin

This cabin is located in the heart of Pinetop, close to everything you need! Cabin was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owners were fantastic!

The cabin is beautiful and more than well stocked! It had everything you could think of. We enjoyed the patio for coffee and cocktails. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The location is great.Lisa is a great communicator. The instructions were very clear. I hope we can stay there again.

Perfect Stay for our Group Getaway!

We had 5 couples in our group share this house and it was absolutely perfect. The space was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It comfortably accommodated all of us, and the layout worked great for group meals and relaxing together. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The weather in the Pinetop is absolutely beautiful during every season! You can stay as busy as you like (lots of fun things to do in the White Mountains!)....or just kick back and relax:)

We chose a home in the community of 'Pinetop Crossings' because of its great proximity to everything in the White Mountain area. It is lovely gated community that is beautifully maintained by the HOA!

What makes this property unique

Our home has a great floor plan because it is cozy enough for a single family to enjoy, yet big enough to accommodate a couple families! With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, open floor plan with spacious kitchen that is adjacent to living room & dining room, upstairs loft featuring large sectional, and a lovely outdoor patio...there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Or, if you prefer, everyone can hang out together in front of the fireplace in the living room where you can watch TV, play games or just talk and enjoy each other's company.
