We recently remodeled the unit and continue to make frequent upgrades. We replaced and updated practically everything including new appliances, countertops, flooring, window treatments, furniture, and bedding. We put HD flat screen TV's in each bedroom.

This remodel underscores our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in the property AND our customer service. My goal is for every guest to write a 5-Star review on VRBO. We are committed to doing what it takes to attain that level of guest satisfaction.

Located on the 12th floor and overlooking the pool and gulf waters, the balcony is appointed to entertain friends or enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The 12th floor is high enough to enjoy the views and beat the noise; perfect for relaxing all day. You won't find any plastic furniture here. There is a table with seating for six, a side table and two very comfortable chaise lounges. Don't settle for less!

Also included is a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has sliding doors that go onto the balcony and a king size bed.
The property has 24 hour security and is gated for added piece of mind. Additionally, there is an indoor pool and separate hot tub with a full gym and sauna.

Great location and great views! Condo was very clean upon our arrival and was better stocked than any rental we've ever had. The only critique i might have is that the pictures don't do this place justice! The owner was very communicative, check in was a breeze, the beds were comfortable, and we spent a couple of nights just soaking in the views from the balcony. Will definitely be returning!

Needed Vacation

My daughter and I stayed the week on this beautiful condo. Easy access to everything you could need. Short stroll to the beach and the pool. Property manager was easy to work with and answered messages quickly. Would absolutely come back again!

Great Place

We loved this condo. The view was amazing. We watched the dolphins playing and catching fish every morning. It was wonderful to look down at the pool. I could tell if my family was at the pool or the beach. The owners were great. Mr. Jeffcoat had so much patience with an old woman who doesn't know how to check her texts and e-mails. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation.

Beautifully updated!

This condo was beautifully decorated and completely updated! Great view from the balcony! Beds were very comfortable, and I liked that there were two kings and two queens. Heith was great to work with! This was my first time to the gulf in 20 years, and I loved the area. Be sure to go to Lulu's, The Hangout and Cosmos. I also loved the dolphin and nature tour done by Cetacean tours...saw lots of dolphins and went back into the bayou! I loved the Cajun food in this area. So good!!! Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was by far the best beach condo we have ever stayed at I would have to give it a 12 out of 1-10. Just lovely. The owner was fast and courteous, anytime I sent an email for any questions he answered right back. I will definitely be booking in the future and I know my family will be using again too. Loved the big patio, very nice to sit out and watch the beach in the mornings and drink my coffee. Very clean and updated. The pictures and listings were spot on only much better in person.

Perfect place to enjoy the beautiful beaches!

Just returned from a week with my girlfriends and this condo was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Orange Beach. The 12th floor view is wonderful! The recent remodeling was absolutely gorgeous and tastefully done - top of the line! We had everything we needed to relax and have fun! A special thanks to the owner for being so quick to answer all the communications and questions then lining up what we needed - a pleasure to work with. Also, my deposit came within 2 days of my return home (was not expecting that so quick). I will definitely be returning here and referring my friends and family. We visit the area every year and this was by FAR our favorite rental!!!

Good Times at Summer House

We were a family of six and found the condo to have plenty of room. We've been coming to the Orange Beach area for years, needless to say we love it here. We've stayed in many different condos over the years and The Summer House is one of the better ones! We really had a great time at this condo; the condo has three bedrooms with plenty of space and beds. The balcony was very spacious. We really enjoyed the pool and grill areas. The price was great too! The condo has the SEC Network so you will not miss a SEC game. Heith the owner was great to work with and really cares for his condo and guests! Thanks Heith for the great stay and the great deal! We can't wait until our next time!

Absolutely THE best!!!

A friend and I took 6 teenage girls down for Spring Break and had the best time. The view is spectacular and we practically lived on the balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our needs. We had 2 adults in the Master, the two older teen girls in the other king room and the 4 younger girls in the bedroom with the 2 queen beds in it. Everyone had their own space and we didn't have any issues other than the norm when 8 women are trying to get ready!!! We're already booking for Spring Break 2014!!! Heith is the easiest owner we've ever dealt with and we highly recommend him and his place. Per The Girls... It ROCKS! The only problem we had was that the condo is within walking distance to Alvin's Island and Surf Style which caused issues with our wallets. Other than that...perfection!

Great Trip - Would Stay Again!

We had a wonderful trip and were quite comfortable in this condo. Some of the pictures are dated as the owner has been making improvements to the furniture and decor. If I had to give critique, I would say that the kitchen supplies could be improved with a better variety of cookware sizes and we wish there had been more seating capacity at the table as there were only four chairs. Other than that, we were very pleased and would definitely stay again. The owner was very friendly and responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Thank you for sharing your condo with us so we could make some wonderful memories with family!

Great Escape!

Our 1st visit to Orange Beach did not disappoint! The condo was nice and beds were comfortable. We were nervous about elevator issues being on the 12th floor but we hardly had any wait times at all! The only issue we had was with the water in one of the showers not working properly. We reached out to the owner and it will hopefully be fixed for the next guest. We just all 4 showered in the main bathroom for the week (not ideal, but it worked) I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Overall we had a really nice stay at this condo. We loved the view of the beach and the large pool! There was plenty of room for the six of us. The only issues we had was the dryer did not dry well and the dishwasher did not clean well. The condo also could use a deep cleaning. These issues did not stop us from having a great trip!

Great Location

Communication with the owner was great. I was diagnosed with breast cancer Like a month before time to go & wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to make the trip or not. The owner was excellent & compassionate to my situation. I wasn’t able to give him an answer by the payment deadline and he was patient until I could let him know something for sure. My only complaint would be I wasn’t told there was construction going on at the property. Therefore the pool was closed and so was the gym. 2 things we had planned on having. But we made the best of it. My husband drove to Gulf Shores each day for his work out. He found a great gym there. I know this isn’t Mr. Heith’s fault but it had a very musty smell when we arrived and the living room table had Lots of dust all over it. So his cleaning crew may need to step their game up. We bought candles and made the best of it. The washer flooded the kitchen the last night we were there, we let him know the following day. Overall it was a nice place and I would for sure Stay there again if given the chance.

Nice place, broken clothes washing machine

We pretty much enjoyed the place. We used the washing machine twice and then was told by a repair man not to use it again, for it was leaking with a bad water pump. We left before the washing machine was replaced. Hot water heater is too small for 4 people. 2 people needed to wait 1/2 hour to allow water the heat back up. We (4 of us) took showers everyday to clean off suntan lotion after a day on the beach.

5 stars isn't enough!!

The host was amazing! Gets back with you fast. Place was clean and beautiful view. There was still construction going on so no pool for the kids, but we all had an AMAZING TIME. Will definitely rent again.

My wife and I grew up in Alabama and have vacationed here our entire lives. It was always a dream to one day have a place of our own. Summerhouse was perfect for us, especially with small children. Even in cold or rainy weather, we could take them to the indoor pools or walk across the street to the souvenir shop. We take great pride in providing our guests with a home like feel. The condo is decorated beautifully and everything works!

Why they chose this property

The huge indoor and outdoor pools are great for families. When the kids are little and the weather isn't cooperating, the heated indoor pool is a great place to let the kids burn off that extra energy. And the 20 person hot tub is a great place for the adults to watch them.

What makes this property unique

Most of the time when you are looking for a 3 bedroom condo, you have more than one couple going along on the trip. Then you have to decide....
Which couple gets the king bedroom?
Well, we put a king bed in one of the extra bedrooms as well. We removed the old armoir, put a flat screen television on the wall, and were able to upgrade the bedroom with a king bed. But wait...there's more....
We also added a 2 queen beds to the 3rd bedroom. This allows families with one child to stay in one room or for all of the kids to pile in there together.
This is truly a unique layout for 3 bedroom units.
