We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious and welcoming. The heated pool was enjoyed by all during our stay in April. We would love to stay here again.
We had a wonderful time at Sea Spell. The property was very clean, has a great layout for multiple families, and is perfectly located close to all St Simons has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Thank you Julie! Thanks for this review, happy new year!
We came here for the SEC Men's Golf Championship and had everything we needed! This VRBO was clean, convenient to the course & great restuarants, and was fun relaxing in the pool after long days in the sun! We look forward to coming back!

That's so great to hear. I hope you guys had a great time.
We loved this property. It was very clean, very comfortable, and ideally suited to our multigenerational group. The pool is very nice; there is plenty of parking, and the beach is very close. You can walk, but if you have littles or people with mobility issues, it's super close to drive. I highly recommend this home and would happily stay again.

Thank you, glad the whole gang came and enjoyed the place.
We had amazing stay! House was everything we needed. We had children ages 6months to 10 year old. House was extremely clean and well stocked! We are hoping to stay here again! It’s a short walk to beach.(1/4mile) we used a wagon to take kids to and from. You will ab love your stay here!!
Property was excellent. Pool perfectly clean. Great amenities in the kitchen. Only accommodates 8 adults and children old enough to use bunk beds independently. Beach access was a challenge due to fourth street public access no longer available due to changing beach front. Must have golf cart.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Joy. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the pool and amenities in the kitchen. I apologize for any inconvenience with the beach access and hope you were still able to enjoy your stay on St. Simons Island.
We loved this house! It's even bigger/nicer than the pictures show. With kids, it was great having a pool right there for them to have something to do. It is a little walk to the beach, but it's a great, quiet spot. Just make sure you use the 3rd street access and not the 4th street access! We just had one minor issue, and that was the smell of the fridge. A previous guest left it smelling like old fish. Other than that, our family had a fantastic stay!

Fell short of expectations
The house is nice however there were leaves everywhere and no way to blow them out of the front entry way or in the back patio area and around pool. They need to have a leaf blower on site. Also the pool heater did not work. The pool was cold the entire 8 days. Not what you expect when you pay an extra $660 for the pool to be heated

Hi Kevin, thanks for the suggestion about a leaf blower onsite. To clarify about pool heat, you were not charged a fee and we did not heat the pool. Pool heat is optional for a fee as you mentioned.
Our family is spread out over several states, but we made so many wonderful memories here together during our stay. The large family rooms gave us all plenty of space to stretch out, socialize, and play. The kitchen accommodated our almost constant food and snack prep very well - and the three dining tables gave every single person a seat. The only difficulty with cooking at home was the lack of sink disposal.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very good sized and comfortable. The showers never ran out of hot water, which was wonderful after returning from the beach - however one of the shower drains was badly clogged upon our arrival.
Probably our favorite feature of the home was the pool! The kids especially lived in the pool all week long ( and property manager was very prompt in sending a crew over to shock the pool back to life after a heavy rain).
Overall we really had a wonderful week. Thank you for helping us come together after a long time apart due to Covid. We hope to come back again soon!

The house is beautiful. We had 7 adults an 1 teenager and we were very comfortable. We could of easily had more people. The back patio is great. The location was close to the beach (easily walkable) and a quick car drive to the pier. We had a marvelous time.

Alicia, thank you for this kind review! I am glad you enjoyed the location.
The ad and booking manager should have disclosed that the two homes immediately adjacent to this were under construction. Hammering, sawing and various motor sounds that lasted from 730~400 daily, a few feet from the pool, outdoor space and parts of the house, made it barely usable.

Hi JJ,
So sorry that renovations sprung up during your trip. There is always that possibility in any beachside town, and we do our best to spot projects and alert guests. Thanks for staying with us.
Very nice remodel in a fantastic neighborhood, very close to several beach accesses.
The owner was very communicative and they provided everything we needed as if we were in a hotel. Our kids and dog had a wonderful time.
