Come enjoy the spectacular ocean views in this gorgeously renovated 9th floor condo with updated furnishings. This spacious 1,430 sq. ft. 2BR/2Bath beachfront unit comfortably sleeps 8 and offers free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, flat screen TV and floor to ceiling glass doors that open to the 30 ft. balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Its on suite bathroom has a renovated custom tiled walk in shower and large granite vanity. A newly furnished guest bedroom includes two queen sized beds and a flat screen TV. Dual access from the guest bedroom and dining area lead into a second bathroom with a custom tiled tub/shower and granite vanity. New stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated cabinets and a flat screen TV are featured in the fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room offers new full-sized washer and dryer. Accommodations for 10 in the spacious dining area include table and bar seating. A built-in wet bar includes a complimentary large capacity ice machine perfect for filling beach coolers. The living area boasts a huge 65” smart TV, an electric recliner, sleeper sofa and floor to ceiling glass doors leading to the balcony. Private balcony views are exquisite with dining table and chairs, a high-top table and chairs for sunrise coffee and sunset drinks, and 2 loungers. Enjoy listening to music through the outdoor speakers or watching the dolphin and stingray activity easily seen from this 9th floor expansive view.

From the breath taking views from our balcony to the crystal clear water and white sand beaches, it was something that my family of 5 will always remember. We stayed in 903 and the unit was wonderful. Fully equipped with everything we needed to make it feel just like home. Convenient access to grocery stores and shopping. Loved that there was a full size washer and dryer and the ice machine was so handy for loading up the cooler for the beach. Furniture was very comfortable and staff was amazing as well. The beach setup was up and ready to go when we were ready to head to the beach. The private beach was fantastic. No crowding at all. Can't say enough about Gulfgate. We can't imagine ever staying anywhere else.

Our group rents 6 - 12 condos each summer. However, I’m so upset to have to write this, we can’t afford it any longer. 6 condos at $6k $7k is close to $50k for 7 day rental.
