Nice rental of 80m2 for 6 people in Banyuls sur Mer 66650. Residence 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the shops and the town centre.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
18 kilometres from Spain, quick access to Cadaquès and Figueres.
Well oriented, not overlooked, very beautiful view of the vineyards and the beach of Elmes.
Possibility to park in front of the door.
Living room kitchen of 35m² on the first level with large terrace,
3 bedrooms with individual air conditioning and bathroom on the second floor with two beds in 80 (convertible into 1 bed in 160 according to your desire) + 1 bed in 140 + 2 beds in 90 bunk beds.
Fully equipped kitchen: LV- LL-Microwave- Hob and Oven, Fridge-Freezer.
Wifi Internet and television.
OPTIONAL: Linen kit (sheets, towels and tea towels) for 20€ per person to be booked in advance and paid on site with our concierge service
Deposit of 600 euros not cashed and returned at the end of the inventory.

Logement pas loin des plages,au calme. propre, spacieux bien équipé et fonctionnel Les 2 escaliers menant au salon et aux chambres à l intérieur n étaient cependant pas indiqués Le auvent sur la terrasse n était pas utilisable ce qui aurait été utile Le logement est plus adapté aux voyageurs disposant d une voiture pour visiter cette belle région
