Great condo and location

We all really enjoyed the condo, the pool, and location. The pool and beachfront made for an amazing view from the condo. Condo had everything we needed. Only issue for working is the Wi-Fi was very slow. We would stay again!

Spring Break 2025

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and three kids. Plenty of space, lots of amenities and a great balcony with a view of the pool and beach. Beach was swimmable but a little rough with the afternoon wind. Pool was the perfect temp. Host provided drinking water and there was even storage containers for leftovers. Highly recommend.

Azul 1A was a very nice condo but VERY expensive compared to other similar units in the building ! The kitchen was well equipped but I didn't find a kettle .

The location and the amenities cannot be beat. The pool is amazing and the views are incredible. The unit itself was a bit disappointing. Lots of aged and worn furniture. The island chairs were rusted and the couch was stained, patched and in need of replacement. The beds were clean and comfortable. We had two full days without power at no fault of the owner but it was quite challenging. The photos on the listing were close but obviously from years ago. The communication with the host was not achievable on the platform but better on WhatsApp. Still left a lot to be lacking. We have utilized many rental properties (even in Bucerias), on this platform and others, and found this experience to be lacking on all fronts. There are many other lovely units in the building for a similar price range.
