You won't find a better location in all of Bucerias! Right in the heart of "Zona Dorado" the Golden Zone, directly on the beach!!! Karen's on the beach, steps away. All of your favorite or soon to be favorite places are all here. The walk to Centro is less than five minutes. Three bedroom and three baths round out over 1800 square feet of living space. Tempur-Pedic beds, one king and four matrimonial size. There are five mini split airconditioning units for you comfort There are two 60 inch UHD tvs, which can stream your favorite shows. Two balconies one from the master and one from the living room overlook the green grass to the pool and the BEACH! Private pallapas on the private beach area await you! Watch for the whales and dolphins. Tour guides for any outing you could think of are steps away. A foodie paradise is within close walking distance from fine French cuisine to some of the best street tacos in the entire Bay of Banderas! It would takes months and months to run out of new places to dine. Or stay in and cook with a gas range and fully stocked kitchen. High speed internet. We've just added a full laundry center to make things easier for your stay (bring fewer clothes!) There are four smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the condo with your safety in mind.

The best spot to watch the sunset--from the balcony or the beach! This was a terrific condo and just as described. We loved being right on the private beach and next to the pool. The location is terrific! Very walkable to many many restaurants and little shops. Thank you to our hosts who were wonderfully responsive--very quickly answering all of our questions. The week passed too quickly and we can't wait to go back to Bucerias!

Chris’s place is a charming older condominium in a well-established building, perfectly located in the heart of Bucerías. The home offers three bedrooms: two with two queen beds each, and a primary bedroom with a comfortable king. There are plenty of thoughtful amenities, including beach toys and boogie boards. The kitchen is well stocked with a mix of equipment and supplies—more than enough to host a small dinner party. We especially loved the gas stove and water cooler. The living area is very comfortable, and we enjoyed the selection of games and puzzles provided. The air conditioning works great, but we mostly enjoyed the natural sea breeze; the condo stayed cool with the windows and doors open, allowing for a lovely cross-breeze. Everyone who works at the condo is incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool and water slide were a highlight—super fun and surprisingly fast! Beach access is just steps away, perfect for a quick swim or morning walk. During our stay we saw lots of whales, a few dolphins, and plenty of seabirds. A few items showed normal wear and tear, particularly the outdoor balcony seating. Some of the seat cushions had small rips, and the woven rattan is slightly frayed, but it didn’t affect our comfort or enjoyment of the space.

Perfect ocean view

Perfect location, the view of the ocean was amazing! Secured grounds and long term renters are very nice! The condo is very roomy, has all you need! I would definitely book there again.

Location was excellent! Right on the beach with a great pool and grounds. Lots of lounge chairs and shade, was perfect. Condo was decently equipped with good TVs, lots of towels. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and all had ensuites which was perfect. Everything you need right out the door. Definitely stay again.

Mexico Fun

This is an older building in an excellent location in the Golden Zone of Bucerias. The unit has a wonderful view of the pool area and the Pacific. The deck has comfortable furniture making it hard to go inside. We would recommend this building for its great location and staff.In fact, we already have reservations for next year.

Wonderful place to stay on a budget with perfect proximity to the beach and great restaurants. We loved the town. Of course the condo could be nicer, but you get what you pay for and it was great for our family. It had everything we needed. We will stay there again.

Great stay and Perfect location

We had an amazing time in Bucerias! The property was exactly how it was described and actually much larger than we were expecting. It was well equipped with everything we needed, we even cooked there a couple of times with no issues. The location is something I can't even describe right on the beach and in the center of everything, quick access to bars, restaurants, and shopping! We liked the area and location so we actually bought a place a block away. I would highly recomend this property!

Wonderful unit with extras like toiletries, ETOH, SPF and non perishable food items! Ice and wheeled cooler for the beach was great to have available! Plenty of towels and essentials. Excellent views from balcony area. Pool area nice, staff friendly and owners helpful. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again when in Bucerias!

Bravo for Bucerías

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here! The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The view of the beach was lovely. Never an issue finding a lounge chair to dig our feet in the sand. The condo and amenities were everything we could have needed. The owners were very attentive and gave us some wonderful tips...especially to all the great restaurants! Gracias Chris and Becky

The communication with Chris was wonderful and he was very proactive with getting us a wonderful welcome letter and even let us know the laundry wasn’t working and provided funding for us to use if needed before we got there. The place was spacious, the view was incredible and the beach and pool were great. We also discovered a great walking path on the south side of town and as great. We truly loved it. And would highly recommend staying here

Wonderful Bucerias

If you're looking for the perfect location in Bucerias, this is it. Small condo group, located on the beach with wonderful palapas, large pool, more than enough lounge chairs, close to restaurants, coffee shop and local market, cab stand on the corner and an extremely friendly group of people renting condos. You feel welcomed! The owners are extremely responsive and are concerned if there are any problems.

Amazing. Everything was perfect!!

Morning Coffee and evening sunsets on the deck were perfection. Location was perfect, staff was awesome. Condo was stocked wonderfully, and plenty of room for two families! :) we will be back! Thank you for sharing your place with us. We had a great holiday.... now back to the cold. Boooo!

The Condo was lovely and clean and had everything we needed and more! What a Fabulous location in a quaint, friendly little town. We walked most places and had incredible meals. The weather was great and we met some of the most amazing people. We are already trying to get our entire family back soon.
