Ken and Julie's home was a perfect retreat for our family for spring break. The house was spacious and well stocked. It is a very short stroll to the water with a sandy shoreline area and a local playground, which was great having two young kids. And the neighborhood was peaceful with essentially no car traffic at all. We hope to be back next year.

Great family location

Easy check in, lots of amenities and close to whatever you will need as a family. Spend your days kayaking or on the lake and then go for an evening swim in the pool. This place has it all.

Perfect Family Getaway on Lake Anna!

We loved our stay at this peaceful, family-friendly lake house. The beach was just a short walk away, and the free kayaks and canoes made it easy to enjoy lake life. Plus, it’s dog-friendly — a big win for our whole family. We can’t wait to come back!

The home was very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed having lawn games, fire pit and lots of outdoor space. We did go to public side for boat rental and cooler water temps. Fun get away!!

Place was very easy to get to, close enough to the lake, yet far enough to feel safe with kids and family. Communication with the owner(s) was phenomenal, very quick reply times. Allowing a pet also makes traveling that much better and easier! Looking forward to staying here again!

New Years vacation

Very nice place with an open kitchen/family area and great view of the lake. Beds were comfortable. The lake and playground are just a few hundred feet away which was great to have with three young kids!

Ken & Julie were great hosts and very responsive to questions before and during our trip. Loved having the beach area in front of the house and the dogs loved swimming every day. Great house, private, had everything we needed for our stay, and looking forward to coming again!

Great location, good for families

House was very clean, spacious, and dog friendly. Check in and out was easy. Internet was fast enough to work remotely during our stay (not a trivial thing around LKA). Would recommend for families or groups less than 8.
