Marina House with Hot Tub & Sauna

This beautiful cottage is situated just minutes from the town of Penetanguishene. This cottage is perfect for anyone looking for an exciting getaway with stunning views of Penetang Harbour. This property is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 people. Rental includes linens, towels, toiletries, coffee maker, Gas BBQ, Firepit, fully equipped kitchen, use of the hot tub, and much more. Property is inspected and cleaned before and after each rental. Rental cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled rental period results in a return of security deposit, and 50% of the rental fee. Rental cancellation less than 5 days before the scheduled rental period will result in a return of the security deposit only. The rental fee is based on up to 10 person occupancy, an additional $100/week is charged for each additional occupant.

The owner of the property was very nice, polite and very cooperative. The cottage was very neat and clean. out of everything our family enjoyed the "Hot Tub". Every time we need her for any information, she responds very quickly and solves the issue. We'll go back to this place in the future. We strongly recommend this cottage.

Long weekend getaway

Irina's property was the perfect weekend getaway from the city; close to the water, in a cute historic town, and close to many beaches. Property is clean, spacious, and has many amenities - hot tub was a favourite. Irina was prompt in communication and very helpful.

Christmas Getaway

We embraced the different nature of the Covid Christmas and got away to Irina’s Marina House. It provided what we were looking for - relaxing times in the hot tub, a kitchen to prepare tasty meals and walks in the falling snow!
