This house is perfect for beach lovers. One step out the door and you’re on the beach. The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s clean, well furnished and the perfect location.

Absolutely wonderful!

This beautiful home met all of our needs and wants for both the adults and children. It is obviously well cared for as evidenced by the cleanliness and attention to detail of what’s needed for folks to have a great stay. We felt as though we were on a private beach during our entire stay. We loved how comfortable and inviting the home was and especially enjoyed the features on the upstairs couch. The couple of “issues” we had were addressed immediately. Communication with the owner or Betsy was outstanding! We can hardly wait until our return to All’s Well. Indeed,we left feeling all is well and then some!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Allswell Beach House. The house is beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, absolutely clean and immediately felt like a relaxing home away from home. We especially loved the privacy – it was peaceful and made it easy to truly unwind. There is no public Beach Access nearby, so mostly you have the beach for yourself. The view to the ocean from the living room and bedrooms is outstanding! We also saw some dolphins. The beach was another highlight. It was beautiful, never overcrowded, and just perfect for long walks, swimming, and enjoying the ocean. It’s so comfortable, you don’t have to go by car or bearing beach stuff with you. You are just at the right place. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, and stylish beach house in Topsail Beach, we highly recommend Allswell Beach House. We would gladly stay here again! The host is also very helpful and responsive. Thanks for the great opportunity to stay at All’s well.

What an amazing find! Gorgeous oceanfront views from the spacious living room/kitchen and 2 large bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are nicely sized with a jack-and-jill bathroom; perfect for kids! We were surprised at how large the home was. Public beach access is 2 blocks away; other than beach walkers, we had the beach to ourselves! This house was one of the best looking homes on the street. For being oceanfront, it is very well maintained. Inside was very clean. We appreciated the large leather sofa, which was easy to keep clean and *sand free*. House is stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, as well as things like blow dryers in each bathroom, a boogie board, kids beach toys, and access to a stick vacuum if you want to get rid of any sand tracked in. We have young children and the house was kid friendly, but I would recommend bringing a *very wide* baby gate if you need to protect kids from the stairs. Our kids enjoyed the air hockey table on rainy days. Only *small* complaint is the jack-and-jill bathroom shower was a bit rusty/in need of minor repair and the front loading washer smelled musty (as they all do when the door is kept closed). Otherwise the home is updated with new furniture, nice appliances, and what appeared to be a new deck. We are already looking at dates to stay here again in 2027!

Best house by far!

This house was absolutely wonderful! It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well stocked. We had several young children with us, and the house had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We’ve stayed at several vacation homes that were not very well stocked, so we really appreciated how much thought was put into this one. There were plenty of dishes, kitchen supplies, and everything else we needed throughout our stay. I also loved that there was plenty of seating for everyone—whether we were gathered around the kitchen table, relaxing in the living room, or enjoying time together on the deck. One of the things that really stood out to me was all of the hooks throughout the house. There were plenty of places to hang bath towels, beach towels, bags, and other things, which may seem like a small detail but makes such a difference when you have a house full of people! So many rental homes overlook those little conveniences, but this one clearly didn’t. The location is amazing as well! It’s a great distance from the beach and makes it easy to get anywhere on the island. Of course, there can be some traffic, but that’s part of island life and certainly not something the owners can control. The beachfront itself was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and simply enjoy time together. Overall, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making this house comfortable and welcoming for guests. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Awesome location

The house was perfect for our group of 8. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The deck was a great spot to watch the waves and sunrise. We would definitely stay there again.

Favorite week of the year!

This was our 5th time staying at All's Well and we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Topsail for Spring Break. Multiple times thorugh out our stay we are often saying "This is the perfect house!" Having all the main bedrooms on the main level is so helpful as my parents travel with us, so as they get older the less up and down stairs the better. The deck is one of our favorite locations of the house, for coffee while watching the morning sunrise, or an adult beverage as the sun sets. We can s it on the extended deck closer to the beach as the kids play in the sand at the bottom or play along the edge of the waves. We also love how private the beach is in the sense that it is not over-crowded with people. Granted, we are not there during high-tourism season, but being a little distance from public access is a plus! Betsy, the house manager, is super helpful if we need anything and quick to respond when needed. Diana, the owner is also so quick to respond if needed and rectify's any problems if one comes up. We truly feel at home year and look forward to our stay every year!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful and long awaited getaway after a cancelled trip in 2020. The house was perfect for us. The linens were very nice, the kitchen well equipped, and the porch was absolutely the best. Very comfortable lounging accommodations as well. We will be coming back!

All's Well - Oceanfront Paradise

We, as a family, have stayed at this ocean-front house for 4+ years & just love it. Working with the owner has been fantastic & seamless as well as with the house management team. We love the spaciousness of the house, the location & the beach --- which appears to have less foot traffic. The house has plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms + a very roomy kitchen.

It's a wonderful house and just right for our family. It's very clean and has a nicely equipped kitchen which is good for us as our son-in-law is a super chef and we usually eat in. The addition of a covered porch is much appreciated by this old lady who needs to stay out of the sun.

Fantastic House, Hidden Gem of a beach!

My family loved staying at Diana’s property! The house is spacious, has wonderful updates, and was very comfortable and homey. The air hockey table was a fun addition for kids and adults! The location of this property made for the most amazing beach - we had beach basically to ourselves! Diana was extremely responsive before and during our stay and very quickly resolved the one issue we had (oven was not working; oven was replaced during our stay). You definitely want to give this place a try!

Fun weekend

Very nice house. Best for smaller groups. We had 4 adults and 2 children, and worked out perfectly. Would also be nice for two families. Although not a new construction, the house is in very good condition and has some character (e.g., original wood floors). One negative is that, at high tide, there is not much beach in front of the house--another argument for dealing with climate change!

Getaway

I rented this property for a 2 week stay after I lost my Dad and stepdad within a month and a half of each other. The house is beautiful, in a quiet location and the beach access makes it all the more wonderful. I found the house to be well stocked for all our needs. Communication with the owner and manager was wonderful. Thank you so very much for sharing your wonderful home with me. Although I didn't want to leave, being there helped my broken heart so very much.
