Communication with David was outstanding. He’s literally the best we’ve encountered. Just me and my wife for a three-day getaway. We’ve stay at Baytowne several times a year - the value at the Grand was solid. Quiet, clean, 4.5 star resort look at feel. Master bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioner is a bit noisy and the laminated hardwoods floors are dated and need to be replaced. Everything else was as advertised. Would definitely rent this place again. Thanks David!

Great experience and the best location

The condo was just as the pictures showed and was perfect for our family of 8! We could have not been in a better location, there was so much to do in the area! We had a small hiccup getting our door code at check in but it was taken care of quickly with excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great Condo, Great Location!

The condo itself was absolutely fantastic! Cute decor, great, layout, and good size balcony. The condo was spacious, very clean, and everything was in great working order. We absolutely loved it!! The location of the condo right on the wharf is amazing! It works out great for my family that everything on the wharf is completely walkable. Will definitely stay here again, anytime!

Husbands 40th birthday celebration

Everything was absolutely amazing! This was the best vacation we’ve EVER taken. My only issue was finding the door once parking in the garage, and finding a parking spot in the evening. Our rooms were on point, we really didn’t have to leave the property bc there’s so many options that are close. Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Great place

This place is right in Baytowne Wharf. You can literally walk down the stairs into the heart of the town. The condo is exactly as described. The pool and hot tub are nice. The fitness facility is fine, but most of the equipment is in poor condition or very old and in need of replacement. You get a garage code to park in the private garage which is great because Baytowne is very crowded in the evenings. Our family enjoyed our stay here.
