About this property

First Floor Condo in Village of Baytowne Wharf

This ground floor level condo is just the place to vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom is the attached studio unit. It has two Queen size beds along with a private bathroom. Enjoy a full size kitchen along with a kitchenette in the studio unit.

Our condo is located in the Pilot House building in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin FL. The village features more than a dozen shops, stunning boutiques and both casual and upscale dining. There are always nightly events in the common area including concerts and movies on the lawn. Sandestin has 72 holes of golf, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and many family activities. Baytowne offers access to beaches on both the gulf and bayside. The beach is approximately a mile or so on the other side of Hwy 98.

Please contact owner immediately if something gets broken. Owner is very understanding but not if the cleaning lady finds it and guests are arriving.
Please do not throw beer cans or cigarette butts in the pine needles off the patio. This is not part of the cleaning fee and you will be charged.
Please be courteous and let owner know if something gets spilled on the comforters. The next guests shouldn't have to find it.

We love Gina’s hidden gem on the ground floor Large deck for the kids to eat at patio and do games , and a lock out for more guests . We come often for all events we attended the lantern parade, fast access in and out being ground level is a bonus with kids

I really enjoyed my stay and the accommodations were excellent and everything was clean (with the exception of the ceiling fans). Family Fishing Trip for the Guys

Perfect accommodations for our annual fishing trip and we will be back! The location was in walking distance to restaurants and stores yet we had plenty of quiet and privacy. It is wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping and much more and not have to worry about traffic or parking. Also having a ground floor unit allows you to walk right into the building from the parking garage and not have to take an elevator.
