About this property
NEWLY remodeled Modern Mountain Retreat in The Meadows
The mountains are calling you to this sunny, beautifully remodeled end unit townhouse with views of Beaver Creek Ski runs outside your panoramic windows. With ski in/ski out access steps from the door, your family and friends will delight in this fully furnished thoughtfully designed three level townhome. When you're not out skiing bluebird powder days, slip into the on-site hot tub, have the kids jump into the year-round heated pool across the street, and enjoy dinner either in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen or jump on the free door-to-door shuttle to dine in Beaver Creek village within minutes.
The spacious top level with vaulted ceilings boasts an open concept kitchen, dining room adjacent balcony with BBQ grill, powder room, and an inviting living room with a large fireplace. The mid-level second floor with a laundry room houses the Master Bedroom and Master Bath with radiant heat. The lower level (at ground level outside) hosts two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom with two full size beds, the second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunks; both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. In the one car garage, you’ll find another large refrigerator and BONUS....boot heaters.
Our three college age children all learned to ski at Beaver Creek when they were young then becoming Alpine ski racers. Once we settled in Denver in 2019, we were blessed to be able to purchase this beautiful townhome in October 2019. Our family is very excited to share our home with your family and friends. This mountain is a true treasure with less lift times than other resorts and offers amazing year round activities: alpine/cross country skiing, snow showing, hiking, golf, tennis, fly fishing, rafting, ice skating, dining, shopping, and most importantly....RELAXING!

Excellent location and very friendly hosts! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking. Definitely recommend for a great family vacation.
Such a great, comfy spot for a family get away. So easy to get on the Mountain for skiing in the am-short walk and then ski right to centennial lift. BC Village shuttle system makes it so easy to come and go to the mountain for meals and shopping. Hosts were very responsive-had a great time and would definitely book again.
Lovely property with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable, showers were excellent, kitchen well stocked. Shuttle system from door to any location in Beaver Creek Resort was well run, reliable and quick. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse was in a perfect location, with easy access to anything you want or need. The townhouse was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Great communication with Toni. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful home and fantastic location with easy walk to the slopes near Highland lift and ski path to base. Very clean/well appointed and Toni, the host, was wonderful to deal with. Also convenient garage to store snowy skis etc. Would return for another stay!
This place was perfect for my family and my sisters family. So much space and the bedrooms are separate from the living area making it easy to put the kids down to bed and adults still hang. Great location and so clean! Beds were super comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Will definitely come back!
Great place! Comfy beds, short walk to ski in/out (includes a short flight of stairs), comfortable living room, functional kitchen w/everything you need, great light, everything worked as advertised. Extras like heated bathroom floors and motion activated night lights on the stairs were nice touches. Love the modern design; it's nice to get a break from elkhorn chandeliers!
Our family travels to BC every year for Christmas. This was our first time staying in this wonderful house and it was perfect! Such a great location! You can get right on the slopes for skiing, or take a short walk into the heart of Beaver Creek Village to shop and have lunch. The house was very clean and comfortable and Toni was always available for any questions. We highly recommend staying here!
We have stayed in several VRBO properties over the years and this one surpassed all of them in all ways.... the location, the townhouse and its lovely decor, the cleanliness, the availability of the BC tram, the hot tub and pool, the quick and courtesy communication with the owners and most of all the beautiful views out the many windows of the townhouse and the quietness with the unit being an end unit.
We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property! The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice!
Our family of 5 stayed so comfortably! The kids loved having their own floor. The family room was cozy and we loved the fireplace!
Super short walk to the Highlands Lift and then easy access from there to the Centennial Lift.
We would definitely stay again!

Leah, thank you for the compliments. Next time you stay, just ski under the Haymeadows lift to the ski-way path which will pop your right at Centennial lift; 2 minutes from start to finish :) We look forward to your return next year! Kindly, Toni
This is an AMAZING property!! Everything in the listing was accurate. The beds were incredibly comfortable (even the guest beds) and had really cute bedding. The kitchen had everything you could ever want for cooking, including a kuerhig and nespresso machine! I loved the heated boot rack, TONS of hooks and racks for ski gear, and great location. This is a well loved and cared for home and owners were very responsive. Can’t recommend enough!!

It is always helpful for future guests to know the accuracy of the listing is 100% correct :) We love opening our home for others to enjoy all of that it has to offer. So glad you and your family enjoyed your stay! We look forward to your return next year! Kindly, Toni
We recently rent this property for a conference. Me and my colleagues enjoyed the stay which was walking distance to the Beaver Creek Village.
The property was as described. It was spacious and clean and had most of the amenties one would require.
The owners' communication was clear and concise and the owners responsive.
We would rent this property again.
This property in BC has it all. Located conveniently for ski in/out access for skiers of all skills, our family which ranged in ages from 7 to 50 were able to access the property to/from the slopes each day with ease. The home is exquisite and the kitchen is dream for those wanting to cook gourmet meals. All the beds were comfortable, and each room having it's own bathroom is a plus. I also highly recommend having www.fondueathome brought to the home. It was the perfect home for hosting this tasty dinner.
We loved staying at the wonderful 3 story townhome ar the Meadows in Beaver Creek. Having been to the Vail area many times, this was our first time staying in Beaver Creek. The beauty is stunning of course, house impeccably kept with great beds, great shower pressure, fabulous great room/kitchen.. We made great use of the Highlands pool complex, (which has towels supplied in the locker rooms) spent a day in Beaver Creek, and it was very easy getting down the hill for all of our advetures.
Communications were a breeze and we hope to come back again to this wonderful property for our summer trip to the area!
Gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with top of the line appliances and tableware. Lovely place and great communication with manager. It was perfect and we stay in BC often. One of the nicest units. We loved everything about it with one small exception. Poor bed layout downstairs. One couple had the master and the other had to stay in a Queen that was sandwiched between the wall and bunks.other than that, perfect!
We loved our stay and the house was very clean. Toni was very friendly and accommodating about our early arrival, allowing us to store our belongings in garage until cleaning crew was done. The only downside is this property is definitely not a ski in ski out, which I was under the impression it was. You have to cross the street or go down to the ski drop off. We also never found the hot tub “steps from the front door”. Overall a great stay, and the shuttle service is super convenient!

Megan, We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay with us. I wish you would have reached out to me with a reminder of the hot tub location, this info was included in the checkin packets you rec'd. The hot tub is super conveniently located at the end of our town home bank, 4 doors down from our unit and a 10 second walk. This is also the short walkway to take to walk across the street to ski down to Centennial lift and also to ski back home. As described in the VRBO property description, we are ski in/out access and the ski slope access point across the street is depicted in one of the photos. Thanks again for your kind remarks.
Nice townhouse at a fair rate that was very well appointed and in good overall condition. The pictures are fair and accurate. Convenient location in Beaver Creek with a short walk to most summer attractions and easy access to the community shuttle when needed. The only knock, we did specifically filter our search months in advance for properties with a pool. Shortly before arrival, the owner let us know that the community pool was under repair and inaccessible, but that we could purchase access to the Hyatt pool at our choosing. We understand these things happen, but the timing of the notice (one day after the cancellation window closed) was suspect. Regardless, we had a lovely stay and would consider staying again.

Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to pen the lovely review and share your comments about the unfortunate HOA pool closure for reparations. As a mom of three kids, I know pool time is a valuable perk on vacations. My whole-hearted apologies for this inconvenience. Always wanting our guests to have had the best family vacation possible and due to unfortunate reparations closing our HOA pool, I would be more than happy to Venmo you the $70/day expense your family could have elected to pay for pool & spa time at The Park Hyatt Resort. I realize this credit won’t offset “pool-time” during your stay, but its the least we can do to offer recompense . You have my cell number, feel free to reach out to me directly and I can forward a reimbursement now; or for a future stay. We would welcome your family into our home again, anytime! Kindly, Toni
