Two bedroom, 2.5 bath updated townhome with 34’ boat slip right behind unit at the beautiful Buttonwood Bay complex. There are frequent sightings of manatee, tarpon and dolphin in canal. Main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining table for 6, sofa with pullout queen bed, TV with digital cable and Wi Fi connection. Outside porch has a storage closet with life vests, paddles and a freezer.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has the most comfortable king size bed, plenty of drawer and closet space, t.v. and amazing views of the marina. Second bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, lots of drawer and closet space, also with a t.v.
Our unit is located across from the marina/clubhouse next to the entrance to the bay. It is a short walking distance to the incredible clear water beach and a 1 min walk to the bay front for viewing the most incredible sunsets.
Indoor patio has seating for two for having your morning coffee. Outdoor patio includes a large L shaped outdoor sofa with large umbrella and a gas grill.
Beach towels, beach chairs and 2 stand up paddle boards that double as a sit on board included in the rental. Also have pickle ball paddles available to use.
Cleanliness is our #1 priority.

What a Wonderful Host and Property!

Lisa was always quick to respond to questions. The home was well stocked and super clean. Employees at Buttonwood are very professional and keep the beautiful public areas in top condition. The community is super friendly, engaging and talented. In fact, many of them volunteer to lead activities. It is a wonderful place to stay.

The best getaway!

My family and I loved every moment of our stay at Lisa's condo. Friendly community, the best sunsets, and a beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped condo—what more could you ask for! Lisa supplied paddle boards and pickle ball equipment, which we utilized often and really appreciated. She was also the most gracious and attentive host. You can't go wrong with this rental!

Lovely condo in a beautiful location. Swimming pool, beach access and pickle ball/tennis courts. The property is well maintained and the owners are immediately available if you have questions or need support.

Lovely property. Great beds and an amazing, responsible hostess.

From start to finish Lisa was a pleasure to work with. She clearly loves her property and it shows in all the beautiful decorative touches. The kitchen is kitted out with everything one could want for cooking. We will be back next year!
