Two bedroom, 2.5 bath updated townhome with 34’ boat slip right behind unit at the beautiful Buttonwood Bay complex. There are frequent sightings of manatee, tarpon and dolphin in canal. Main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining table for 6, sofa with pullout queen bed, TV with digital cable and Wi Fi connection. Outside porch has a storage closet with life vests, paddles and a freezer.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has the most comfortable king size bed, plenty of drawer and closet space, t.v. and amazing views of the marina. Second bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, lots of drawer and closet space, also with a t.v.
Our unit is located across from the marina/clubhouse next to the entrance to the bay. It is a short walking distance to the incredible clear water beach and a 1 min walk to the bay front for viewing the most incredible sunsets.
Indoor patio has seating for two for having your morning coffee. Outdoor patio includes a large L shaped outdoor sofa with large umbrella and a gas grill.
Beach towels, beach chairs and 2 stand up paddle boards that double as a sit on board included in the rental. Also have pickle ball paddles available to use.
