Convenient to most everything. Very nice condo. Lots of kitchen appliances and cookware. Washer and dryer a plus. The only negative is that the carpet on the stairs to the bedrooms needs to be replaced or cleaned. We would stay there again if we visit Key Largo. Dean is a very nice manager.

Wonderful Townhome for a Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Oasis. The property was wonderful - nicely furnished, lots of space, very comfortable beds, very well-stocked. We loved sitting out on the lanai and the balcony with coffee and enjoying a glass of wine out on the dock with neighbors watching the sunset. Everyone there is so friendly!

This was a great find! All of the descriptions and photos online are accurate. The townhouse was very clean, well stocked with bedding, towels and cooking utensils. We only used the one bedroom that had a nice balcony overlooking the marina but the second bedroom was just as nice if you need more space. One of the best things about our three week stay were the people…..a number of the guests mentioned it as well. It felt very welcoming which you don’t get at most properties. The owner Dean, was great! The air conditioning went bad while we were there and one call to Dean and the repairman was out there quickly to resolve the problem. Thank you again Dean for your fast response and providing a great place to stay!

Unit needs work.

The Moonbay complex is very nice and well maintained. This unit has a parking space that is at the building next door. It looks like the lot lines were drawn incorrectly since every other unit had parking next to it. The upstairs was clean and in good condition, but there was a lot of older bed linens and towels in closets that should be removed. The carpet on the stairs was dirty and coming loose at the bottom. The kitchen sink was rusted at the connection to the counter. The wall and entry door were extremely dirty. Some of the blinds were stained. The railings going upstairs were sticky and dirty. We notified the owner who was very cordial and concerned about the unit condition and said that he would try to get over to check the unit out. The screened in porch exterior needed a touch up. It’s a great location and could be a wonderful unit with a great view . Just needs work.

What a perfect week in Key Largo! Sunset Oasis was amazing! We have booked accommodations through Homeaway and VRBO for several years now throughout the Caribbean, Mexico and the states and can honestly say that working with Dean was by far the best experience we have ever had. Thanks Dean, for everything, especially sharing your beautiful town home with us. Sunset Oasis is beautiful!! The views from the screened patios are amazing, the location of the home is probably the best in all of the Moon Bay complex. Very private but yet very close to the amenities. We loved that it was a two story town house and had ground level access to everything via the front or patio door. We spent most of our time sitting and fishing off the docks in front of the home which is only a few steps away. (My husband caught two 3-4ft nurse sharks right off the docks during our stay- the highlight of his trip!) The home is also located just a few steps away from the community center (with bathrooms), the BBQ area and beautiful pool, although we didn't use them, we were never bothered or disturbed by those who did. The pictures provided are accurate but they don't really show how beautiful and comfortable this home really is as a whole package. We were so excited the first time we walked in the door, the first thing I said was "This is PERFECT"! The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the home was a huge plus. All of the furnishings and appliances are top notch, there's pride of ownership in every detail. We'll definitely be back. Thanks so much Dean, Brian and I had a wonderful stay!!!

We have enjoyed Key Largo for many years and have made friends with other owners and guests at Moon Bay. After visiting them and going to a few parties at Moon Bay we knew it was an awesome place and were extremely lucky to find our incredible townhouse.
