Beautiful sunset views nightly

We loved our stay. It was for a month and it did not feel cramped. Lots of storage space and GREAT water view. Beautiful!! It could use new box springs and new sliding door, but we would definitely consider staying again.

Great appartement

My wife and I spent a week at this location. This is a very clean appartement in a very nice area. Many restaurants are available within 10-15 minutes (by car). We will definitely book again the next time we will be in this area.

Giving Thanks

This was our second time staying in this lovely studio. We came to spend Thanksgiving with family and it once again proved to be perfect! It’s situated in the serene setting of Saddlebrook Resort, but conveniently close to amenities. Parking was directly in front of our unit on the ground floor. Hosts were very quick to respond when the internet went out and got it fixed immediately. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely, clean unit with picturesque view of golf course, pond and variety of birds. Awesome for morning coffee on the patio! There was some noise from adjoining units but overall a nice quiet stay. Very well equipped, but would suggest updating bed. Would return!

Property was as described in listing and we would return. Appreciated having shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc. readily available. Nice size for a weeks stay. Walk in closet allowed us to store our belongings and there was ample dresser space. Kitchenette area worked good for breakfast and lunch. Nice view of the pond from the patio. An armchair to relax and read would be a nice addition. The current chair was a little dirty and uncomfortable.

Don’t judge a book by its cover

Upon arrival at first site all appeared as the pictures showed; however, from the ‘ankle’ down, it was obvious that housekeeping had avoided all these areas for several cleanings. •Thick black mold inside/outside of shower base. Landlord “Has no time between guests to repair” •A layer of dust on floor along/on all baseboards. •Patio glass door extremely hard to open/close. •Patio screen door had long hole along bottom so glass door had to be kept closed at all times. •Fridge door shelves missing and broken so less space in fridge for food storage. •Entrance door had no seal around it allowing critters to crawl in/out (1 being a large cockroach) •We were told to wash dishes before using??? I informed landlord when we arrived as I didn’t want him to think we created any of the issues. He came next day with extra glasses, hangers and sprayed door slider (did not improve) he had no reply other than he had no time between guests to do repairs. I suggested to him that he needs to inspect his unit after each cleaning is done and have a standard of excellence.

Exactly as stated in ad. Clean and airy, has basic kitchen amenities, but no stove. We would stay there again. We were looking for apartments in Tampa and it was only a 20 min drive to many places from Wesley Chapel. Grocery and fast food restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the egrets, herons and armadillos that visited in the morning! Thank you.
