Come stay with us and experience this Golf & Tennis community with great views…! Located on the second floor, this studio suite two queen beds, sitting area & TV is perfect for that simple getaway with friends or family. You have views of the golf course & Lakeside pond. In the mornings, have your cup of coffee on the beautiful patio while watching the herons and storks just steps away as they start their day! This studio has the basic necessities for a simple stay - toaster, Keurig pod coffee maker, compact refrigerator & microwave. The condo does NOT include a full kitchen, dishwasher or washer/dryer during your stay. The patio is accessible through the sliding glass door. If you prefer to eat out, there are many options to drive to within 10-15 minutes outside of the community.

Extended Stays - Any reservation exceeding 30 nights will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee each month that the stay extends. Cleaning will be coordinated with the management team. The additional cost will be added to your reservation after confirmation.
