Couldn't have asked for more

The unit was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Even more spacious than the photos depicted. The view was even better in person. To hear the ocean waves all day and night was wonderful. It had everything. We didn't cook while there but it seemed to have everything that you would need. Lots of light with dimmer switches, which I loved. They were also labeled too which was very helpful. They had night lights which is appreciated. The AC unites in the rooms made them nice and cool for the evening. The mattresses were comfortable. We made use of the beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The location is great. We were able to walk to a variety of dining options. The beach is fun. This unit really felt like home.

Perfect spot for our family wanting to see all of the island!

This location has it all- great view, access to bay (although not the best ‘beach’ if that’s what you’re looking for steps away), pool to lounge with the waves just beyond. Location on island was great for getting to both north and south shores. The property is well kept and the staff was easy to work with as we planned our trip!

Condo was great ... very well equiped ... nothing to dislike ... especially appreciated the luggage holders and "make up" cloths. The grounds were lovely and pool very relaxing. Wish the beach had been abit more walkable.

Spectacular!

This unit was perfect for my husband and I and our dear friends. We each had our own bedroom/bathroom. This unit was thoughtfully furnished and very clean and comfortable. Watching the stunning sunrises from the lanai or from the beach were a perfect start to the day. We would definitely recommend this unit and would come back.

Great spot with pool and easy beach access. Clean and comfortable with amazing view of the ocean. Close to many shops and restaurants on east Kauai. Will definitely return to Lanikai!

Kaua'i Bliss

Beautiful view from the 2nd floor lanai. There are many nice touches to this condo and grounds. We came to visit family members who have been in Kapa'a for 20 years and were very glad they chose this property to recommend. We did leave a list for the property manager of several things that needed attention in this unit, and one morning there was a grounds person who was leaf blowing back and forth for quite a long time sending copius noxious gas fumes into the living spaces with open sliding glass doors for the breeze. I hope he was instructed to follow proper manitenance.

Paradise!!

We had the absolute best time at this condo and couldn't have asked for more. There was a lot of thoughtful things that were at the condo (dishwasher detergent, trash bags etc) that helped enhance the experience, but the property is breathtaking and the location couldn't be better. We are already talking about a return trip- we loved out time here!

Lanikai 122

Overall it was a beautiful place and a spectacular view of ocean and pool. Needs two things: (1) an elevator, (2) central air conditioning, and (3) master bedroom TV. Trying to go up two flights with luggage is challenging, at best, especially when you are seniors. Window units in the bedrooms are a minimum. However it does get warm enough and muggy enough that you need something more than an ocean breeze to make the den/living room tolerable. There were no instructions on how to get to regular television channels on the master bedroom TV. It worked completely differently than the living room television. And so you are forced to choose between the heat/humidity to watch the TV you want: or to choose a cool bedroom, but be cut off from the entertainment you'd prefer.

Great Gathering Holiday Homebase

With some of our party around the shore in hotel rooms, this lovely home served as a family meal and gathering place. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is a gorgeous location and all amenities well suited to relaxing with a perfect view.

Ssssh. Don’t tell anyone about this zone. Best beach and views on the East side. Great condo! Super quiet, killer trade winds and sunrises. The condo had everything you’d need and want and the location is perfect. Will definitely stay again! Mahalo

Great place, convenient location

Watching the sunrise and being steps to the beach are just two of the perks. A well appointed kitchen and living area made the place feel extra homey and comfortable. Great view of the ocean!

Great property!

Absolutely beautiful location and view. The decor of the condo was gorgeous. I think the only negative is the fact that there's no elevator, but that's not the owner's fault so I certainly can't count that against them. Just be aware of that, in case you're older like us and have difficulty carrying luggage up stairs. Other than that, absolutely loved this place!
