Charming little cottage for 2 to 4 people, fully equipped, located in the seaside resort of Langrune-sur-Mer, at:<br> —100 meters from the sea on the D-Day beaches<br>- 400 meters from shops, the sailing club, restaurants, and the casino in Luc-sur-Mer<br>- 17 km from Caen (Peace Memorial, shops, etc.)<br>- 1 hour from Deauville<br>- 1 hour and 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel<br><br>The lovely beaches are perfect for pleasant walks, with views of the horizon, white beach huts, restaurants, and a wealth of historical sites to explore.<br><br>The house is functional and perfectly laid out!<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, dual-function oven (grill and microwave), range hood, stovetop, dining table, dishes, Tassimo coffee maker, cleaning supplies, and kitchen linens.<br><br>The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a double bed on the loft, a TV, and a closet with hanging space (iron, vacuum cleaner).<br><br>The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer is available.<br><br>The terrace is equipped with a table, patio furniture, and a barbecue.<br><br>Bedding and bath towels are included in the rental.<br><br>You can park your car for free on the street in front of the house; there is very little traffic.<br><br>The cottage is detached, and you have your own terrace.<br><br>The setting is very quiet by the sea, with local shops within walking distance.<br><br>Enjoy walks along the seashore and through the green paths.
