Charming little cottage for 2 to 4 people, fully equipped, located in the seaside resort of Langrune-sur-Mer, at:<br>- 100 metres from the sea at the D-Day landing sites<br>- 400 metres from shops, the sailing club, restaurants, and the Luc-sur-Mer casino<br>- 17 km from Caen (Peace Memorial, shops, etc.)<br>- 1 hour 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel<br><br>The lovely beaches are perfect for strolls, with views of the horizon, white beach huts, restaurants, and a wealth of historical sites to explore.<br><br>The house is functional and perfectly laid out!<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, dual-function oven (grill and microwave), range hood, hob, dining table, dishes, Tassimo coffee maker, cleaning supplies, and kitchen linens.<br><br>The living room features a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, a double bed on the loft, a TV, and a closet with hanging space (including an iron and vacuum cleaner).<br><br>The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer is available.<br><br>The terrace is equipped with a table, patio furniture, and a barbecue.<br><br>Bedding and towels are included in the rental.<br><br>You can park your car for free on the street in front of the house; there is little traffic.<br><br>The cottage is detached, and you have your own terrace.<br><br>The setting is very quiet by the sea, with local shops within walking distance.<br><br>Enjoy walks along the seashore and through the green trails.
