Loft Camino Real is a unique fusion of open industrial space melded with southwestern comfort, nestled in a historic neighborhood and located directly across the street from Santa Fe's national award winning 10 acre Railyard Park. A true Loft, our spacious 1500 sq.ft., freestanding, open concept space is a unique, authentic adobe and features private, gated, parking next to your entry door.

• Walkability and biking rating of 93% and a 30 mile walking, running, and biking trail across the street
• Indoor outdoor living with a large covered second level deck for sunset views and a street level garden patio next to the kitchen with an outdoor dining table

• Two bathrooms that include a dressing table, large shower room and generous 5-1/2 ft. cast iron, antique, clawfoot bathtub to accomodate even our tallest guests for soaking and bubble baths

Please note: 1.) The Loft is open concept on both levels and ensure if traveling with a group your privacy needs are met. 2.) Both bathrooms are on the larger second level. 3.) A security camera may be present outside in the driveway. 4.) Note the spiral staircase if you have mobility concerns. We limit reservations to adults over the age of 13 due to the spiral staircase, however children near that age can be accepted with approval. 5.) Expect standard metal construction sounds. 6.) While the Loft will sleep 6 people our maximum occupancy is 4, no exceptions. The additional beds on the 1st and 2nd level support separate sleeping options for a girls weekend or family traveling together. Please ensure that the total number of people staying at the loft are listed in your reservation for insurance coverage and that you do not exceed our occupancy limit.
