Belles promenades

A pied le long du littoral, jusqu'à Pontaillac ou St Palais ou en voiture (Talmont , Meschers, les grottes (Matata). La région mérite d'être visitée. Le plus, la location se situe prés de la mer. Pour le bronzage et la nage, c'est parfait. Les huitres et les moules font partie du paysage.

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison

La maison est agréable, bien équipée, aménagé récemment : pièce à vivre agréable avec de beaux volumes en hauteur. Une petite plage est tout près de la maison. L'endroit permet également de faire des ballades à pied et en vélo sans sortir la voiture. L'environnement est trés bien.

Emplacement ideal

Jolie maison de plain pied, très bien agencée, proche de la mer et du quartier Pontaillac de Royan. L'aménagement de la cour nous a permis de manger et de nous reposer dehors. Séjour très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
