Een fantastische vakantiewoning van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee badkamers met een fijne douche. De mogelijkheid om de handdoeken extra te verwarmen was ideaal. Ook fijn dat de slaapkamers boven voorzien zijn van een airco. De woning heeft ook een mooie grote tuin. Helaas hadden we in de avond wel last van muggen. De woning ligt op loopafstand van het strand. Tijdens het inchecken werden wij hartelijk ontvangen. Ook het verdere contact verliep goed. Wij hebben met ons gezin een fijn verblijf gehad. Fam Houben

Maison agréable et très bien équipée. Fidèle à l’annonce et aux photos. L’hôte a été très arrangeant sur les horaires d’arrivée, et David de la conciergerie a été charmant.Un véritable point fort pour la maison , sa proximité des plages, cinq minutes à pied maximum. Attention, il est difficile d’avoir cette information dans l’annonce, il n’y a pas de linge de Maison fournis (draps, serviettes, torchons pour la cuisine, etc.)

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! La maison est pleine de charme, décorée avec goût et idéalement située dans le quartier prisé de Pontaillac. L'emplacement est idéal pour se ressourcer, et tout a été pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le logement était très propre et parfaitement équipé ; la literie est très confortable et le calme des lieux est très appréciable. Malgré la canicule, la location est restée très agréable grâce à la climatisation et aux espaces extérieurs.Nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil professionnel et nous avons particulièrement aimé la proximité avec la plage, accessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied, tout en restant à une distance parfaite (environ 20 minutes à pied) du centre de Royan et de son magnifique marché.Pour résumer notre séjour: confort, emplacement et sérénité au top! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Belle maison, très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour la nouvelle année. L'océan est proche de la maison ainsi que des commerces et restaurants. Je recommande cette location de maison.

Excellent séjour dans cette jolie petite maison aussi agréable que confortable. Le grand jardin ombragé est un plus que nos deux petites filles ont grandement apprécié. La proximité de la mer et des commerces est également très appréciable. Rien ne manque. Concernant les ustensiles de cuisine, nous n avons eu que l embarras du choix et à ce propos il serait utile de réserver aux vacanciers un placard ou étagères afin qu ils puissent ranger leurs propres affaires.

Das Haus, insbesondere der Küchen und Wohnbereich, Ist sehr großzügig d.h. es gibt hohe Decken und detailliert gestrichene Wände. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit jeder Menge Geschirr; Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu kochen, da alles vor Ort ist. Der Garten ist groß und richtig schön, da er von alten Bäumen umsäumt ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr angenehm und für vier Personen ist das Haus perfekt. Insbesondere das Schlafzimmer in Parterre ist wunderbar mit eigenem Zugang zum Garten

Jolie maison avec un jardin coquet dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter à cause du temps. Une proximité du centre et de la plage de pontaillac qui est très agréable et pratique. La maison est très fonctionnelle.

Très belle maison

La maison est vraiment charmante (nous l’avons trouvée mieux en vrai que sur les photos de l’annonce) et le jardin très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la télévision, la climatisation et la literie très confortable dans les chambres, l’accès à la salle de bain par l’extérieur quand on rentre de la plage, le barbecue haut de gamme, le mobilier et les lumières dans le jardin (ambiance très sympa le soir!) et la cuisine tout équipée. L’emplacement est par ailleurs idéal, à deux pas de la mer, entre Pontaillac et la plage du Chay. Très bonne communication par ailleurs avec les propriétaires de la maison qui ont répondu très rapidement à nos questions la veille de notre venue. Seul bémol à notre séjour: nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec la météo mais ça personne n’y peut rien!
