Xanadu Villas is a privately gated condominium in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head. Our vacation rental is unit #D20 on the 5th floor and has all the comforts of home. From a fully stock kitchen to beach chairs and games, the only thing you’ll need to bring are your bathing suits and beach towels.

Xanadu Villas has an elevator and offers a private pool, two tennis courts and a picnic area with grills and tables. Bicycle racks are available with numerous bike rental locations nearby for the over 17 miles of bike paths on the island.

I was born and raised in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. My husband is from West Virginia. We raised our five children in the brushy Mountains of North Carolina for 25 years. I am retired and my husband will retire in the next year. I wanted to move back home and my husband wanted a slower pace of life. We chose Hilton Head is a compromise I enjoy walking on the beach, swimming, fishing and boating. My husband loves live music and socializing. Hilton Head offers all of this.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I chose Xanadu for its location, it’s convenient to shopping and dining, it is across the street from the ocean, and had all of the amenities we were looking for for when we retire.
