Check in was super easy. There was a pass for us at the gate and we were able to go straight to the house. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We only cooked breakfast but had everything we needed.

Spacious 2BR

Close to Sonesta with dedicated beach parking and pet friendly. Clean, spacious inside and out, and many amenities. Owner is excellent communicator and was super to work with. Happy to stay here again!

What a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach. Kim was excellent to communicate with us and our family enjoyed the Fourth of July holiday in Hilton Head!

Everything You Need for a Relaxing Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was fantastic—communication was clear, prompt, and super helpful throughout our trip. The location couldn't have been better—just a short distance to the beach, which made everything so convenient.The property itself was the perfect size for our family and felt very comfortable and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights was how well-stocked the place was with beach essentials—chairs, boogie boards, and more—which made our beach days so much easier and more fun. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space; it was great for relaxing after a day in the sun.We had such a great time and would definitely love to come back again!

Family beach trip

Owner was extremely helpful with directions, instructions about pet rules, beach access suggestions, and other amenities. The property was perfectly located - just off one of the fairways, and with easy access to the beach.

Great location. Beach access!!

Place had beach access shared with Sonesta Resort. It took us 2 minutes to drive to the beach access. Home was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend. 5 minutes from Coligny Plaza.

Great Vacation!

My family has a great time staying at this condo in Hilton Head. Beautifully decorated and spacious condo made our stay very comfortable. Nice community and a quick walk, bike ride, or drive to the beach. Kim was a great host! She was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! We’ll be back for sure!

Great vaca

Wonderful location close to everything we needed! Great beach to walk or drive 5 minutes to. Our host was absolutely awesome answered any questions we had and addressed any issues in a timely manner. She gives great details about the place and best restaurants etc…. Made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable. Was so happy we were able to also bring our dog with us 😉

Wonderful Villa

Our stay at the villa was perfect. Beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the golf course. Perfect area for our dogs and ourselves to unwind. Villa is beautifully appointed with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Kim was incredible - very responsive to all my questions.

Awesome Villa

We had a wonderful vacation stay here at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect place for us and our pets. Everything you need inside and we loved the beautiful landscape grounds, the dogs loved our walks and so did I. The pool was fabulous, felt awesome after our morning on the beach. Restaurants and shopping a very short drive away. Felt very safe to stay here, lucky to find this getaway! Definitely worth coming back. Kim was an amazing host to deal with, very friendly and prompt on any questions.
