Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all trash and food and place in provided dumpster by gate
Place all used a soiled towels by washer
Return all items to wheee they were previously located
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Property is monitored any calls of disturbances will void rental no refunds . Any unapproved or indoor animals will void rental no refund.
Must have prior rental reviews on site no more than six unpaid day visitors without written permission
No smoking or vaping inside of the home $1500 fine and immediately removal if we’re broken.
