About this property

Detached apartment with a private garden, 5 km from Aix-en-Provence

Apartment of 50 m2 located on a terraced terrace offset from our house in a property of 4000 m2.
Beautiful private garden with trees with double exposure and large terrace, equipped with garden furniture.
The environment is very quiet, walks in the hill are directly accessible.
The accommodation is very well located 6 km from Aix en Provence and 1/2 hour from Marseille.
Large and beautiful swimming pool of 11.5 m by 6.5 m with submerged beach, to share with us but with free access.
All the rooms are on one level.
The accommodation has air conditioning and underfloor heating (reversible), it includes:
A living room-kitchen with a sofa and a folding table. The kitchen area is very well equipped. 4-burner hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plancha and a full set of cookware.
Two large bedrooms with large wardrobes, a 160x200 bed in one bedroom and a TV and 2 twin beds 80x190 in the other that can be joined.
A shower room with toilet and hairdryer.
Washing machine and dryer available in our laundry room.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided as well as a basic necessity kit. Baby equipment on request.
Free parking in the garden but BE CAREFUL, the accommodation is inaccessible by car, there is a small footpath that climbs quite steeply to reach the accommodation.
We will always be happy to share our knowledge of the region with you and to give you the "good tips".

This lovely little apartment was the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy our travels. Catherine and Phillip were excellent hosts - quick to respond and so patient with our lack of french! The apartment is sunny and has everything you need. The pool was perfect after bike rides!

Happy overall

This was our first Vrbo experience. We enjoyed our little place and made day trips to beautiful places from there. The pool was a bonus as it was really hot when we were there. We found the floor air conditioning was not able to keep us cool enough at night and had to keep the doors open to stay cool but got bug bites on the down side. You need a vehicle to get around for sure. Otherwise a comfortable spot. Thank you.

Unterkunft super, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ort selber hat leider nicht viel zu bieten, aber die Umgebung ist Top. Marseille problemlos vom nächstgelegenen Bahnhof in Gardanne mit dem Zug zu erreichen.

Tolle Unterkunft & freundliche Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet mit den beiden Terrassen, den Garten und dem Zugang zu dem tollen Pool alles, was ein schöner Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Die nahe gelegenen Stadt Aix-en-Provence ist wunderschön, hat ein tolles Flair und bietet eine sehr umfangreiche Gastronomie. (Einzig der holprige und enge Schotterweg zum Haus, ist nicht ideal, aber er stellt natürlich auch kein Problem darm

Super Basis für Ausflüge in der Region Aix und Marseille

Gemütliche, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir waren über Ostern hier und konnten die Außenbereiche leider noch nicht nutzen, dafür war es in der Wohnung schön warm - Danke! Das Apartement liegt sehr ruhig! Catherine und Ihr Mann sind sehr unkompliziert und für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Catherine et Philippe. La location, très bien équipée, correspond parfaitement à la description et tout est prévu dans la cuisine et la salle de bain pour pallier aux éventuels oublis dans les bagages. La piscine à 29° était vraiment très appréciable ainsi que le mobilier de jardin à disposition. Le séjour a été très agréable. Petit conseil pour l'été: n'oubliez pas le répulsif contre les moustiques. Car si vous ne les aimez pas, eux savent se montrer très "affectueux"...

Logement très fonctionnel et agréable dans un très joli jardin, avec deux terrasses et une partie du jardin rien que pour nous. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande et belle piscine. Accueil très sympathique. Environnement calme.
