On the edge of the village of Rognes in a residential area under the pine forest and quiet, you will be ideally located to explore Provence (between Aix en Provence and Luberon). This villa of 110 m2 with its garden and flowers of 1000m2 quiet has a swimming pool 8x4 m secured by a tarpaulin bar, many terraces, including an open terrace with barbecue and garden furniture to take your meals in the fridge . The pool areas are spacious and furnished with a beautiful stone fountain.
The 43m2 living room opens onto several terraces, allowing you to choose between shade and sun. It gives on a pretty impeccable and very functional open kitchen and near the laundry room with big tidying up.
2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90. Rooms are bright and overlook the garden. They each have a nice decoration and large storage. A large bathroom with shower and bath + 2 basins.
The house is functional and bright. It has been decorated in a very modern way with nice details. You will feel very comfortable and the calm of the neighborhood will allow you to spend pleasant holidays.
Off summer season, the house is comfortably heated (floor heating) and well insulated. The terraces and the large windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful rays of winter sun.

Built on a sloping ground, the bottom of this villa welcomes the apartment of the owner (who is very discreet and who usually rent). This is not an inconvenience because the 2 houses each have their land, their entrance, their garden, their pool, they turn their backs and are at different levels. Your privacy is guaranteed.

Wonderful provencal villa

Relaxing and confortable house

The house is great, it has everything you need, very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and its great outdoor space with our son. A quiet and charming place. We would certainly repeat.

Brilliant!! Tres Bon!!

Fantastic property!! Stephane (owner) is brilliant. Left us alone but on call to help and lives on-site. Very clean property, amazing facilities including a heated clean pool, big umbrella for shade (if wanted). Second to none air con facility inside the property, black out blinds for the evenings. All amenities needed. Easy bbq to use. Can’t fault one aspect of this property nor the owner.

Rien à redire. Vraiment super. Logement confortable, super bien équipé (intérieur et extérieur dont la piscine et le boulodrome) et très propre. La région est très belle. Les interactions avec l'hôte sont très agréables et il est très prévenant.

Schitterende vakantievilla, zeer compleet uitgerust, met mooi zwembad en groot, mooi onderhouden terrein. Gastheer Stephane, zéér vriendelijk en (alleen) enthousiast Frans-sprekend, woont met zijn gezin aan de achterkant, maar toch heb je je volledige privacy. We hebben twee fantastische vakantieweken gehad! Merci

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus Für erholsame Ferien

Wir sind vor Ort sehr freundlich begrüßt worden. Uns wurde alles erklärt, und wir waren sehr erfreut, wie schön kühl das Haus dank Klimaanlage war. Der Garten ist genauso schön wie auf dem Bildern, der Pool schön groß und die Liegen zum großen Teil gemütlich. Es gibt für das Auto eine Überdachung als Sonnenschutz. Allerdings funktioniert das nur bis 1,60 m Auto Höhe. SUVs müssen leider draußen bleiben. Es fehlt an nichts in der Einrichtung, Es ist wirklich wunderbar. Wie meistens gab es eine kleine Erstaüstung an Pfeffer, Salz, Öl, Essig, Gewürzen und so weiter Das vorhandene Internet hat nicht wirklich funktioniert.Steohane hat sich aber bemüht und uns schnell einen Ersatz über Starlink organisiert. Wir haben zum Glück ein sehr großes Mückennetz, dass man im Pavillon aufspannen konnte mitgebracht. Es gab morgens und nachmittags ab 17:00 Uhr sehr viele Mücken und Bremsen. Ohne das Netz, hätten dann wir nicht draußen sitzen können, ohne komplette zerstochen zu werden. Unsere lieben Gastgeber haben uns nach einer Woche mit einem riesigen Korb frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten überrascht. Vielen Dank, das war sehr nett und lecker!. Wir haben uns gut erholt und können das Haus und die Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Dankeschön!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Es liegt sehr weit draußen und man braucht für alles ein Auto. Dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig. Es gibt abends sehr viele Mücken und Mückenspray ist dringend zu empfehlen, damit man den Abend im wunderschönen Garten verbringen kann. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und es gibt alles, was man auch nur theoretisch benötigen könnte. Der Grill ist toll! Stephane lebt direkt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar und hat viele tolle Tipps.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub

Superurlaub Ein sehr komfortabel und hochwertig eingerichtetes Haus. Eine riesengroße Spielwiese. Ein komfortabler, großer und sauberer Pool. Liegebereich mit Sonnenschirm und bequemen Liegen Terasse/Balkon vor und hinter den Haus Ein Grillplatz mit Gas und Holzkohlegrill. Der Gasgrill ist so genial, daß ich mir dafür eunen Vertrieb in Deutschland wünsche - Le Marquier.. Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Klimaanlage und Heizung funktionieren super. Die Küche ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet. Groszügig ausgestattes Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und 2 Waschplätzen. Leider nur eine Toilette.

Trois semaines sans problème

Intérieur moderne neuf et très propre Joli jardin et piscine bien entretenus Nous n'avions pas réalisé dans le descriptif que le propriétaire logeait sous notre location...mais cela n'a pas entraîné de désagrément...les lieux et accès sont totalement indépendants , et le propriétaire et sa famille extrêmement discrets En résumé, un excellent séjour familial près de Rognes, village provençal typique ou nous avons pu effectuer l'essentiel de nos courses

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande von Rognes. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Excellente location

Excellente location ou tout est pensé comme à la maison même la bouteille de rosé au frais dans le frigo. Je recommande cette location quartier calme et propriétaire juste dans la maison voisine d'un accueil très chaleureux et discret.

séjour calme et nature très agréable

Propriété soignée et bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin très fleuri et très bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Seuls bémols, certains lits grincent et les bruits passent trop d'une chambre à l'autre.

Great 2 weeks holiday with kids!

Thank you, Stéphane, for your kind hospitality! The property is ideal for a family with 2 kids. Our daughters (12 and 4) really enjoyed the big green garden (with lovely flowers) and the great swimming pool, while we could read on the pool side in the nice lounge chairs. The surrounding villages and nature parks are great to explore. And, last but not least, very interesting vineyards to visit! The house itself is very nice, clean and practical. Even with temperatures +30 degrees Celsius during the two weeks, the house was cool and pleasant to sleep (if you close the windows during the day, as recommended by Stéphane). Many thanks, Stéphane and family!

Lovely villa

We had a very enjoyable stay at this villa and the owners were very helpful and friendly - our french is very limited and we struggled a bit at times to communicate but they were patient with us (google translate saved us on a few occasions) The villa was very clean and the pool was also well maintained Thanks Stephane
